Well in her defense online translators really do suck espescially if she speaks Quebec french. I haven't found an online translator as of yet that accurately translates to quebec french but here's how it comes out with french from france.

Hello Paaske, just because it's in the tacs, I can still ask live chat for them to explain it to me, like I did.

The problem was that she wouldn't explain it to me, and I found it pretty hard for her to give up the information. She just kept on offering me bonuses.

She still didn't explain wether the winnings were cashable, just that you can withdraw it. If I made a withdraw like she said that I could after making a deposit and clearing wagering, it still don't mean that I could get the winnings from the free £5 into my neteller account.

She also didn't explain that after the £5 free 20 x wagering was done, would my winnings also have a 20 x wagering on them on top of the sign up bonus which is mandertory.

There policy is that you can't deny the sign up bonus on your first deposit, which has been discussed on this forum before, and most if not all agreed that this was a very bad policy.

A: they gave it to me free, didn't they. Well I won of it, many will lose, then lose there deposits, so it all works out just fine for the Scratch site.

The $75 I loosed, I won at bet365.

But I'm still the bigger fool as I made a £20 deposit at Giant Vegas last week, only finding out later, there was no support. Then doing some research I found a warning here at CM. The only other warning on the net was at Latest casino bonuses forum,so I new I was doomed.

What sucks is I had a good run of my £20 deposit and 200% bonus and completed wagering with a £221 balance.

I just played that balance off on DR lovemoore, 480 spins no feature.
