    Withdrawals at Rivals

Hi, does anyone have any recent experience withdrawing from Rival White Labels. If so how long did it take? I know there have been a lot of problems recently including rubbish CS. I am awaiting a withdrawal from Simon Says and am unsure how long I should wait before asking for help from the affiliate rep.

It's not been long given I know they have very slow processing at the moment. I wasn't a new player but did have to send in a declaration (which they did not tell me about until I asked). Anyay, documents were all approved (including the declaration) on the 16th July. I was told 2-5 working days from that day. Five days were up on Friday (after document approval which was done previous Friday morning). On Friday live chat told me it would be done Monday. It hasn't been processed. Was told today it would be tomorrow. Tomorrow will only be two business days over their advertised withdrawal time but adding in the weekends it's taking ages. The withdrawal was put in on the 15th (so 16 days and counting). I was just wondering how long over their advertised withdrawal period are they generally taking at present.

I have been waiting for a withdrawl from Betus since the July 15th. Just talked to them again, said should be soon,...This is my first time withdrawing from them..So I am assuming it just takes a lot longer the first time...

I just had my first withdrawal from Rival in 3 months.....off a free chip from Vegas Regal. Withdrew Friday afternoon, 24 hour pending ended Saturday afternoon, was paid Monday afternoon. I've never waited more than 2 business days for a withdrawal from them, so they are still rock solid in my book.

Haven't played at Vegas Regal for a while. Have 1 cashout on Sunday, and 1 yesterday. Two business day payouts would still be nice...

I thought the withdrawals were all through the Rival processor. Seems people getting them at different times (hmmm). Will let you know when (or if) my withdrawal is processed to give idea of delay (obvioulsy mine is not taking two days - ). Glad your's came through so quickly.
