Well despite chat saying "it will be paid tomorrow" every time I have asked, I have just received an email from Simon Says support saying that my withdrawal will be paid "next week". It was put in on the 15th, documents approved on the 16th. Already 8 working days since documents approved and they are now telling me next week. Question no longer is how long the delay is. It is now "Will I even get paid?"

Did you get your cashout Weplant? I'm still waiting. I received an email saying that the 2-5 days indicated on their website is "only an average" and that means that some are paid in 2 days and others can take much longer. I find this absurd. It does not read as an AVERAGE. It reads as a RANGE (e.g., will be paid sometime between 2 days at the earliest and 5 days - the latest). Perhaps they should change the wording to reflect that it is paid in an average of 5 days but you might be lucky and be paid in 2 or unlucky and be paid in a month So far it's been 14 days and counting for me.

No, I have not received my payout from Betus..Spoke to them yesterday, now they say it is at the payout desk and should be out of my account today. I have yet to check...To top it off, they do not have any wallet accounts, so it has to be mailed.Everytime I call them I am able to speak to my rep, they are very pleasant, etc. I just don't know why it should take so damn long. They approved my docs on July 15th...Well, I am going to go check and see if it is at least out of my account...I hope you receive yours soon....

Yes, I finally decided it was time for some intervention and contacted the rep Kendra here. She has already responded (within a day) and has asked accounts to get back to her. My emails to accounts were not being answered. I was only getting responses from CS who kept fudging. Kendra was very nice and hopefully she gets a response whereas I couldn't.

Weplant, I have my fingers crossed for you my friend. What do you mean no wallets. That's archiac!

Well still waiting. At the end of today (Tuesday - it is Wednesday morning my time so that makes it worse ) it will be 12 working days gone. I have contacted Kendra (rep). She was lovely but had about as much success getting information from accounts as I did(which is a bit disturbing). Basically they remained vague and said "it will be paid this week". Simply put, I have heard that before, in fact for the last two weeks.

I would have thought that if someone had been waiting over twice the advertised time (two weeks) that it would be high priority and processed on the first working day of the following week. That does not seem to be the case and I even doubt I will get it this week. Kendra gave me a bonus (as I said she was lovely) but when the casino acts like this it's impossible to trust them.

This was my first (and likely only) withdrawal from them so they really did not show themselves in a trustworthy light at all. If you begin to believe you won't ever get any winnings back why play there. I may as well simply send them all my money and not bother playing. I am very frustrated.

Hey weplant. Glad the money is on its way to you. I just received half my withdrawals (or should I say one of two withdrawals requested on the same day), so that's half what is owed. Hopefully the rest tomorrow. Good to see that they will pay but OH MY GOD is the process slooooowwwww.

Finally got my withdrawals. Nice to know that Rivals are still paying and that for Simon Says the affiliate rep responds promptly. I have to say though that the wait was simply far too long. I don't actually mind the 5 days wait advertised but my withdrawals were placed on the 15th, documents verified on the 16 July and my withdrawal came in a few minutes ago (now the 5 August). So all up around 20 days. Still they did pay, I just wish they could offer an explantion as to the wait.

Thumbs up A New Rival Going Against The Trend

Given the generally slow cashouts from most Rival casinos of late (and as illustrated in this thread, among others), I thought I'd chime in with a rare good experience Earlier this week I successfully completed the ND welcome bonus at Ricardo's Casino and made a minimum deposit in order to withdraw the listed $75 max. winnings.

Now I was just preparing to send in verification docs because, other than my first ever Rival withdrawal where I sent them in preemptively, I've been asked for them at each of the other (handful of) sites on the network I've cashed out from. So imagine my pleasant surprise to find an email informing me that my Neteller cashout is complete - a little less than two days after I requsted it

Not sure exactly where Ricardo's stands in terms of being independent or white label, but I hope they keep this service up Admittedly it was not a particularly large amount of money but to process it so quickly to a new customer with absolutely no hassle whatsoever is a good start. That said, I've yet to log back in and see if they've bonus banned me yet...
