InetBet is not only spamming closed accounts but...

Got this email the other day regarding my CLOSED account:

We have just credited your account at iNetBet with $10.00 as part of our Bonus Program.
So I emailed back and asked how I play the free chip with a closed account... So far no response....

    Mostly I am amused.
Have you got another plot of land I can buy? This one doesn't have near enough fertilizer.

You could always call th....err, wait, you can't.

But seriously, is this any way for an accredited casino to act? What if they're sending these emails out to players that have closed their account because they have a gambling problem and are trying to quit?
Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

Exactly my point... Personally I was tired of deposit after deposit getting sucked right our from under me with no chance to withdraw. Seriously not a buck over deposit etc so I asked them to close it AND NOT OPEN IT EVEN IF I ASK.

But now I am p*ssed cause I want to play on the free $10 since I've earned it but I can't.

Whats really amusing is that INet has only one form of support, which they claim is top notch, so no need for live chat or phone. Comforting to know it only takes 2 days for a reply.

They place a free chip into a closed account in the hope that the player will ask about it. Then they suggest that the account be reopened. Is this not rogue behaviour?

    Yes it is.

And Intercasino as well. Closed accounts, restricted countries/areas, free money "catch" ....lol $1,
but still, there was also unwanted bonuses/emails, just like Inetbet, etc.

They opened my account. I never got anywhere on the free chip. No surprise there.
