I am a little confused here. If a person uses eWalletXpress or Quicktender, for instance, the money your receive are directly from the account. Like, I for instance put funds into my account with QT using a debit or credit card, which is instant funds, so the funds I pay to a casino are instant (no check, etc)., so then why would there be any type of delay?
