    Box 24 - Slow Payments

    Cashed out $160 on 7/6, played with no bonus, chatted a couple times, and am now told they are backlogged with payouts. Requested accounting to contact me to get a promise payment date. Deposited and cashed out using EWalletExpress.

    Anyone waiting for payments from them?

    Rival casinos never cease to amaze me. Box 24 has always been quick in payments, usually within 48 hours. As it stands, it's been a week for you now whereas I was paid yesterday on a withdrawal initiated at Vegas Regal on Sunday and that was off a free chip too.

    I am a little confused here. If a person uses eWalletXpress or Quicktender, for instance, the money your receive are directly from the account. Like, I for instance put funds into my account with QT using a debit or credit card, which is instant funds, so the funds I pay to a casino are instant (no check, etc)., so then why would there be any type of delay? Just curious...maybe you can explain. Thanks!

    Your explanation causes even more confusion. I would rather believe it was merely 'a slip thru the cracks'. That said, my withdrawals at Box24 have always been paid promptly.

    Quicktender withdrawals are instant, however we have the term in place for ewalletxpress withdrawals as the deposits are subject to a settlement period.
