I get tons of email from gold vip...but never anything with slots jungle...I have not made a deposit gold vip, so I guess I should stay away...
 
are you sure you don't have some sort of spyware on your system? I loaded live chat and didn't get that sidebar that you have. In fact, I've never seen an RTG live chat that had their bonuses listed on the side like that.

did you download the software?

when i click live support from the site it takes me to the basic chat like yours shows
 
I can also confirm it does open up to GVC support. It also has all the making of a rogue operation. Because there aren't any progressives available. I would stay away from depositing here. That's my two cents at least.

Hasn't there been talk about WinPalace being connected to GVC in the past?

Yes, 2 of our partner affiliates posted SlotsJungle due to a misunderstanding and they were contacted and requested to take it down, because it's not launched yet.

We have nothing to do with GVC. There are many partners that have visited our offices and know us in real life.

We are Affactive. We have 2, soon 3, legitimate, honest brands. I hope more will be added.

We Never had a single player that wasn't paid. Never had a single one of our partner affiliates that hasn't been paid. we always respond and solve any issue we might had/have with players and our business partners.

And we are building a strong and reliable company.

It's definately a smart move to have a working casino and threads like this at different places to get players without affiliates!:D

I think BetPhoenix had a start like this a few months ago as well. No affiliate to pay from these first customers.

I guess that affiliates may think it's a bit mean to have a later launch..:p

It's exactly the opposite of what we are trying to do.

We don't want to promote Slots Jungle before it's fully ready. Accidentally, 2 of our affiliates posted it 2 days ago, before we managed to fix all the problems.

Our intention is the complete opposite: we want All our affiliate so start promoting it from the second it ready, but not before.

To make it clear: Slots Jungle is not open yet. There are still some features that doesn't operate properly. They will be fixed during the weekend and we will inform all our affiliates and then make the launch.

However, I believe that you should offer the same withdrawal options as your deposit options. I deposited by ecocard but when I wanted to withdraw I was told I could only get my money thru wire transfer. There are hefty fees involved especially in my region so I had no option except to either try to hit big or bust after initially meeting wagering requirements.

As I see it, the casino is working and you are of course collecting accounts now as they are free from affiliate payments.

To me, as a player, it's ok. I don't mind a bit. It's a smart move.
But I can understand that the question is a bit sensitive while a lot of affiliates reads this as well. :rolleyes:

We got everything ready, including the support and planned to launch it before the weekend, but had some issues related to connection to certain RTG features and livechat, and decided to postpone the launch till after the weekend, when all these small bugs are fixed.

As I mentioned, few affiliates brought it up before we intended to and that's the only reason the info about the new brand got revealed.
I'm not familiar as you with the cases you mentioned, but for us it doesn't make sense to get few "free" players by risking our relationship with hundreds of our loyal partners.

To be clear: We want everybody to have the best experience we can other in Slots Jungle, so I ask you to wait for few days till we finish our last preparations and get it fully ready.

I was fishing on google for information on any new RTG casinos rolling out. Came across Jungle Slots on one of their affiliate's websites. Googling the casino then led me to this thread. Frankly, any casino that cannot process a withdrawal within 48 hours is not worth my time. I deposit strictly with casinos that accept UseMyWallet, and PROMPTLY process withdrawals through same. How would you feel if I said, I want to gamble $100 today, but the funds will be transferred next week? Don't think casinos would go for that. :what:

Nevertheless, if any affiliates out there have a free chip available to sign up with the Jungle, hook me up.:cool:
