    Rival cheating BJ

I am now completely convinced that Rival does not deal a fair game of blackjack.

My figures since May are 68 games played......48 losses, 14 wins, 6 pushes. With these type of results you have to ask yourself why Tradition felt the need to underpay a natural blackjack.

Not a huge sample, but I have had exact same results hundreds of hands before this.

Its a joke really. Dealer gets two paint cards every other hand.

I am not mad about losing money....because I am not stupid enough to be depositing money anymore into these cheating Rivals. This is play from the infinite number of free chips Vegas Regal gives you.

I had to go back over 400 hands before I could find an instance where I won more than 3 hands in a row.

The scaries might pay out decent once every 5000 pulls, BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE TABLE GAMES!

This is why they can afford to give out all those free chips...RIVAL DOES NOT DEAL A FAIR GAME OF BLACKJACK!

You would NEED a sample of thousands and thousands of hands before you could make any kind of analysis that would even be close to accurate.

Don't get me wrong I am not a big fan of Rival, as a matter of fact I really don't like them much at all... But from the several different professional analysis I have seen (100s of thousands of hands) the variance on Rival blackjack is well within norms.

The result you mention is (I think) about 1 in 5500.

Not enough to prove anything on it's own, but if you record similar results consistently and exclusively, then something is definately up.

Obviously this is not a large sample as I mentioned before...but you know anytime someone mentions that a game isnt right, you always have people saying "well you need to play hundreds and thousands of hands...." The thing is, if enough people have these type of results, well...........

I wish there were more regular blackjack players on this site....I am pretty confident that there is definately something not right here. Unfortunately digging up play history on your own is a chore with Rival....and my one attempt to get my blackjack logs....I was told they didn't have the time for such stuff.

Personally I dont play BJ online, however I do enjoy playing it at Crown Casino here in Oz.

At least I know the cards are real and there is nothing in the background interfering with the natural fall of those cards - I am much more comfortable with what I can see . I can usually make $100 last a long time at the tables there with a nice neat Makers Mark bourbon and some great eye candy - sometimes I just sit out and watch the $500 players. Actually though, I love playing craps there - the tables are always buzzing and everyone has a lot of fun. If anyone hasnt tried craps, then get hold of hoyle's PC casino game or something and have a go - that is how I learned the game. I reckon its kinda like Yahtzee with a twist lol

I often wonder if online BJ is actually just a very high RTP 'slot' type of game i.e. the results are not truly 'random'. I know what I mean by that anyway . I have found the craps game at 3Dice fair but other softwares I have found to be less 'real'.

Funeral - that session did suck no doubt about that. If I had those regularly I would be asking questions too.

This is 100% the way i see it.....except not too sure about the "very high" part of it lol.

Rival seems to have theirs set about as low as the slots....which is why I keep getting these type of results consistantly.

Funeral, if all of your results are as bad as the session you mentioned in the first post, you don't need hundreds of thousands of hands to prove it's rigged. A few hundred hands would probably do, a thousand at most.

If your results are generally not as bad as the session you mentioned then it will take a lot more hands to prove anything is wrong.

hi , blackjack is from what ive been told the same config as slots although they realy dont like you knowing this , so you get good days & bad days , seems funny though time & time again you can guess to wether or should i say what cards are going to come up lets say you have 20 , dealer as 2 or 5 , sometimes you just know one or another those cards are going to ammount to 21 , so theres a big clue to cards being random it happens far far to much , thats mg & playtech & at a guess i would say rtg aswell . dont know wether this helps anyone though ,just my thoughts. ps i do remember play cards at titan casino (RTG) alot with very very poor results at 25 bucks a hand , although they told me it was a bad run something just wasnt right i felt in my gut , i had checked my play its very bad , but if you played @1 or 2 dollars you would get a fair game ??????

I have not played BJ at Rival but I have played roulette at Playtech and I am almost sure that it's a slot machine...

I made a post about it several months ago when I was furious.

I know 4oak have asked same question in a post about video poker.
