And yes, I'm calling you out, simply because of the fact that you guys
refuse to even acknowledge that there's a problem, let alone
answer the question of why inetbet won't offer live chat. Or better yet, how about an explanation as to why you won't listen to what players have to say, and actually implement a feature that it seems a good portion of your players want?
