Locking accounts just because you win & withdraw is something rogue casinos do. The failure to be able to explain to you WHY your accounts are constantly getting locked is ANOTHER bad sign. It goes against logic, because surely they WANT you to play, but locking accounts of winners seems to indicate they ONLY want losers, or players constantly going "on tilt", so they are not offering a fair game to players in the sense that winners are not really tolerated that well, and they let you know it through the INTIMIDATION of locking your accounts.
The reason the practice of locking accounts intimidates players is that this action is normally the prelude to casinos denying a withdrawal, possibly through the use of their "F U Clause".
This has been a topic here before, and it seems Top Game are far more "trigger happy" with locking accounts, but often these locks are temporary, and are lifted once proper document checks are done.
The fact that it takes WEEKS, and the need to contact a rep, to get an explanation for what appears, and has been claimed by a rep, to be a ROUTINE procedure is pretty poor.
