That's nothing. How about the "Mystery Bonus" that's featured in their newsletter? The code stays the same week after week.

So, let's explore this scenario (which did happen, btw)

    1. you claim a particular week's mystery code
    2. you try and deposit, but they reject your card
    3. you come back a week later, and the bonus is still there....but it's for a different promotion!!!!!

There's no way to "unclaim" a bonus, so apparently you're supposed to wait for inet to get back to you via email if you want that bonus removed from your account. Until then, don't even think about depositing, or else you're gonna be tied to some bonus that you don't want (in this instance, the first week was a 100% slots match, and the next week, it was a 50% scratch card bonus.

All I have to say is, too bad, inet.....I was all prepared to deposit until I ran into that BS. But, IF you had live support or even a TELEPHONE # I could call to get the matter resolved instantly, then you would have had a repeat customer at least for that particular day. But, nope....I went somewhere else.

In this day and age, why oh why doesn't an online casino that accepts deposits and wagers 24/7 spend the extra few bucks (to them, sure it's like a few bucks) and offer either live support or a toll free #? inetbet, are you really that greedy, to cut corners and skimp on customer service avenues?

Operators: If you don't know what Transparency means, then here you go.....now how about practicing it?

Transparency, as used in the humanities and in a social context more generally, implies openness, communication, and accountability. It is a metaphorical extension of the meaning a "transparent" object is one that can be seen through. ...

How many people will catch this? So are they saying, first you must deposit, then you must wager your deposit 10x and then you will be privileged to take a bonus? Then once you have won the right for a bonus, you have yet another 5 hoops to jump through. Why don't they just say deposit at your own risk?
Yeah, like your deposit will make it through maybe 2x playthrough!!!

    Inet, another clarification please.

I think I had on 2 different occasions requested for removal of a lingering coupon. It was done within 30 minutes. Acceptable but live chat would be much better.

The thing is, at least in my case, was the aggravation and trouble of emailing them about it.

And what happens when the emails get stuck in the clogged internets tubes? Or if they're really backed up with other email requests?

How hard is it to offer live chat? They wouldn't even need to hire/train new employees; they could simply allocate some of their support staff to man live chat operations, or they could just add that to their list of responsibilities along with answering emails.

    Their loss, not mine.

    Biggie,

Thinking about it, maybe it is just as well they didnt have live chat. Depending on who you are speaking to, one could get incensed by a couple of the snooty CSRs. At least for email, you dont instantly get snubbed.
