Follow up on Mypaylinq Angst - Good Customer Service

After all the angst I went through to have my acct straightened out I received a very nice email today from someone named Jeff who explained that although he wished he could give me a reason for the mixup..he couldn't!
He apologized and gave me an additional credit of $20.00.
I went back into mypaylinq and sure enough the acct is now all straight, but temporaily the processor using echeck is off line. I'm assured it will be up and running soon.:D
