Ideal casino bonuses?

Sorry if this has been brought up before but I am interested to know what you believe would be the most ideal bonuses. If possible try and be realistic.

This could be on slots, blackjack etc...

Would you prefer a bonus to be only playable on certain tables or should there be a free license to roam the casino as you see best?

Is a low WR necessarily better than a higher WR? What should a realistic Min and Max cashout be? Should there even be a limit?

A lot of the stats I have been collecting include some big bonuses and whilst they do not always look very productive, they are certainly popular and it would be of interest not only to me but certainly to online casinos who issue what seem to be rather pointless bonuses.

The most important thing to me is allowable games. I like to mix it up between slots, blackjack, and video poker. I will not play a slots only bonus unless its a no deposit one. I simply hate to be limited to what I can play. I don't mind if bj/vp counts less....but be reasonable. Should count at least 33%.

Obviously bigger bonuses are nice....100% bonus, and allow all games and you probably reeled me in to deposit.

Wagering requirements are not really an issue for me. I always play well over whatever the requirements are, and normally only bother with larger withdrawals. For me, its all about the entertainment value, cashing out is an afterthought. But again, be reasonable....I like to win sometimes too! I know this may seem high to most people....but I will take 50x D+B or less (but again, as long as I can bj and vp).

Finally....I will play with or without a max cashout. Sometimes I like playing with a max cashout, this way when I hit a pretty decent win, I wont be tempted to play more if I cant win anymore. Should be at least $2500 or so....screw all those crazy Rivals.....max cashout 2x/3x/4x the bonus...thats beyond rediculous
