Vegaspartnerlounge - and the verifying prodecure

As I gladly showed in the last thread - I managed to win some $$$$ in this
    casino.

I recently had in January this year two payouts from this casino.
I usually make my payments via moneybookers - but this time I used
    my Credit Card.

Ok - then I wanted to withdrawal. It took about 24h and I wrote them to flush my account and to proceed the payment. Cause usually the whole payment is managed in about 24-30hours. Which is really good.

This time - not. I had to send in a scan of my CC and a sheet that I made the payment. Ok, that was annoying but acceptable.
Suddenly the ycame back and said. I send in an old utility bill.

I wrote back "No, I send in the scans of my CC and the approval sheet".

After that night I went to the CS...and he pleased me to send in the bill again. Cause it is too old. I said "sure it is old, i sended it in January 2010".
He "Please, would it be possible for you to send it again".

I thought OMFG...but OK - as long as my payment will be done quicker.

I received a mail - yes all is fine we got your papers togethers....all will be done by the finance...blablabla.
Ok, I waited today until high noon and contacted CS again. I think they must really hate me now ...after a while he said me...nobodys here, it is a local off day. F***** Hell. I started to get nervous and not very friendly. He explained me also that you had to renew your documents every 3 months!!
I never heard of this one!

I just want my money is that too much?? and when I want it - I want it now. I used to get my winnings from this group in about 24-30h - PERFECT!
It is always the same. If your papers are alright then everything goes smooth. But be aware if you have a spot on your document the whole procdure is like when you want to build a house and you need 4 different papers from the administration in your city.
This is what it feels like. Sorry VegasPartner - your a great group and I made some money - but when you are as a player out of step...it is kinda hard to jump on the train again.

I am not worried about in NOT getting my money - it is just the "look and feel"

It's only a matter of time that pre-verification will be the norm.

Pre-Verification its like at the RTG casinos - but to renew them all three months is something worse. Guess, you won at a casino...and you have to go through all the verification stuff again and again. The payout time would really suffer.
