Did anyone get this? Looks like a credit card and you use your number to log on to the casino website. I just don't get the point. Is this like that card that Jackpot Factory sent out a few years ago that didn't do anything?

I have received this too. It´s definately just a blue card, it´s totally useless.
The marketing method is ugly because they think their customers are idiots. It basically wants us to see the card and the serious words and think that this is a good casino.
I am a special customer, I have received an expensive blue plastic card. They have even spelled my name correct.![]()

I must be more special as I received a silver card!
So I'm looking at the thingie they sent and they said "all you have to do to get the coveted GOLD card...blah blah" is basically spend more money.
I logged into the website (eventually - man that site was slow and it actually locked up my browser a couple of times) and once I did, I find out my rewards points are at 0.And I looked at a couple of pages and couldn't find any reason why I'd even want a gold card - or a silver card for that matter - and then it locked up again and I gave up.

I also got this mail delivered to my house. So out of curiosity I logged in and checked my bonuses and guess what...It said "No bonuses available to you at this time"
I was pissed so I fired off an email to Jackpot Factory on tuesday and they never even replied back to me. What a class group.
Here is the email i sent:
Hello
So you take the time to send me this mail to my house. I open it up and there is this nice silver card with my name on it. I read the nice letter and it said log into casinoviplounge.com and see what exclusive bonuses we have just for you. So I do that, enter the huge log in number and password...click on my promotions and it says
WE HAVE NOTHING FOR YOU AT THIS TIME!!!
So why the hell did you waste my time to go all through that just to insult me??? I have better things to do and many casinos who actually do give me regular bonuses from 50-100% without all the extra bells and whistles.
I often make deposits at both Colosseum and Grand.
How would you feel if you got the same letter and it happened to you?

(I am trying to reach the casino management, to no avail and I have been in contact with vip@allslotsusa.com and they are no help)

This marketing stunt has backfired.
Not only has the card had a poor reception from players, they have even managed to promote a COMPETITOR to their players by sending this card out. This is NOT Jackpot Factory, but a different casino group altogether.
Calling it "CasinoVIPLounge" has ensured the maximum possible confusion.
I received a SILVER Windscreen scraper BTW
As for AllSlots USA. Well, this proves that players' details have been SOLD ON to an UNIDENTIFIED company using UNIDENTIFIED software which ONLY has the indirect endorsement of MGS, who license their games to it. Maybe ALL operators have sold off the US players to other operators, maybe even the SAME ONE, completely unidentified & working in the shadows.
What if it all goes wrong though, players will be unable to trace them, and their money will simply vanish, with not only MGS, but their original operator saying "we cannot help, we sold you to another operator".
US players surely should not have received this card at all, since their accounts have been sold off by whatever group they used to play at.
