Hi..Has anyone had any trouble with a payout from Ruby Royal,,I requested a small withdraw one week ago and still nothing..I have emailed and not reply..

I have always been paid within 24 hours m-f. Have you sent your security docs--maybe that's the hold-up? Also, if you won on a free chip, i believe they require a $25 deposit before you withdraw.
