And it took them 4 days for this reply:

We don't havethe time to supply players with that kind of information, but in theattached file you can see the lifetime payback rate for your Blackjackgames. Oh for heaven's sake Funeral you seem to be much too demanding. These guys are really busy in designing unwinnable promotions (for players), messing around with your cashouts and planting bugs everywhere in their slot and table games. Isn't it incredible that any business can adopt such an attitude with a customer? The arrogant, sarcastic and unhelpful tone alone would send me straight into an uninstall action, never to return.

This is presumably from someone in authority....who clearly shouldn't be.
