Unable to redeem comp points unless balance is zero

I was just told at iNetBet that I needed to zero out my balance before any comp point redemal could be made. Anyone heard that before? I am sure I have been able to add to an existing balance earlier.

Seems a bit strange that I have to withdraw all my money before they'll credit me. (Yes I know I could probably get rid of it another way ) Wouldn't it just be extra NETeller fees for iNet if I decide to deposit it again later?

Your comps carry a playthrough at Inetbet, so you are best off redeeming them with a zero balance.

No max cashout on your comp points though

As long as the playthrough only applies to their "monies" any previous balance should be irrelevant, but maybe it's harder to track?

Not complaining about their comp program, just thought it was a strange rule to have.
