What’s the matter with InetBet ?

A friend and member from our forum and this forum too asked me wether i can post what he has experienced on the last days.

Here’s a short explanation what InetBet wanted to do and he is very annoying about this unfair method.

InetBet is actually known as a reputable casino but what’s going on with this casino ?

If one haven’t played a longer time at a RTG Casino you must update your details before you can make a deposit.

In this issue the player gets new address details and updated this.

Then he made a deposit and received a 100% bonus.

The wager was 15times the deposit and bonus, so he must wager $3000.

He had fulfilled the wager and there was no more playthrough in the cashier, the balance shows zero.

After this was made, he played a few rounds video poker and then he wanted to make a cashout.

They returned the balance back to his account.

The casino requested documents from him and said that this is different to his old address. (before he had updated his new address details)

He sent again all the documents what they requested.

Here now begins the not traceable story.

The casino suddenly say that he had not made the wager and he should wager additional $600 to $6000, because he had already wagered $5400.

This would be 30times the bonus but not enough, then they said sorry, it’s not 30times, it’s 35 times because he played video poker.

Here’s the quote: You are correct it is not 30x it is 35x as per the rules below:
These wagering requirements increase to 35x deposit and bonus for all play on Video Poker and War.
Your wagering should thus be $7000 not $6000.


What a laughable story, he played slots to fulfill the wager and after met the wager they are coming with other requirements ?

Are InetBet crazy ?

Personally i don’t like these way, to treat honest players.

Finally the player tried to wager these $600 with his balance but he lost all.

It goes not around the money what he lost, it would be $400 after deducted the bonus and he can live with that.

Maybe many players are satisfied with InetBet but those things are not going.

This is not okay for a reputable casino and you are shooting only yourself in his knees therewith.

Once the wagering requirements for any given promoition are met, a player is free and eligible to play on any games of their choice as there ARE no stipulations as it is (their) money (barring the removal of any original associated bonus chips on cashout of course). If the player abided by the rules and terms and made playthrough, Inetbet is in the wrong and is WAY out of line in imposing this further restriction.

Lately casinos seem to think they can get away with doing what they like. Well they can, but not with me, Ive never really liked Inetbet and recently closed my account with them.

I'm fairly sure I've had a couple of occasions where I cleared a WR at Inetbet, and was told that I could not play all games after meeting WR because the coupon restrictions were still in effect. Couldn't make a fresh deposit either until it was processed either.

Probably why their automated system increased the playthrough.

Glad they fixed things up for your friend, but tell them that is not standard for them AFAIK. Even a free chip where you cannot get any higher, you can't reverse and have it as a fresh deposit. Which seems silly to me... the casino just incurs higher processing costs that way.

Lack of live support and sometimes delays answering emails make it difficult for players to know what is acceptable sometimes, because it varies from casino to casino whether you can switch to anything you want after WR is cleared.

At least Inetbet seems able to resolve player issues in a fair manner.

I just completed a coupon 20X on slots. I've satisfied the playthrough requirements. Can I or can I not play any game with the balance or are the restrictions still in place?

If they are still in place then that is horrible way to operate. If i'm lucky enough to get thru the 20x on slots then the free and clear money should be able to be wagered anyway i see fit.
