Firstly I have to say, even though ive not managed too cash out there (yet anyway), I happen to like their promotions, their varied and different and offer some great deposit bonuses, but my god are their cashout requirements tight! In order to claim any of their really good bonuses you have to limit yourself to a paltry x 10 max cashout. Ill give an example. I received a mailer today saying get a 400 % deposit bonus on deposits of 20 $ and up to play on loose caboose. Every time you hit 4 posts it notes or 4 purses horizontaly, take a screenshot and theyll give you 50 $ no strings. Well on occasions you can hit these often, so that would be a fair few 50`s. BUt the max cashout is x 10 which is i think is fairly pathetic. It would be just my luck to hit a random while limited like this.

Its the one thing i really detest about this casino otherwise I reckon I could have found a new RTG home to play at. Ah well the search continues.

You need to unistall casino and download again - I did it and now casino is fine.

Sorry for cross posting from another thread, but...

We do have bonuses with no maximum cashout. We have a 35% standard no max cashout reload bonus... but on top of that, we constantly offer reload bonuses of up to 100% with no max cashout (I'm quite sure we have a 100% No Max Cashout reload running right now).

Sure, our 400% reload bonus has a max cashout... we can't offer such a large reload bonus with only 20x playthrough without including a max cashout. If you want a no max cashout and haven't received an email for such a bonus, just email Dean, the casino manager. He will give you something nice; and make sure you are satisfied

Hiya Nicolas, Oh i do agree that you need to have some form of max cashout requirement if your offering large deposit bonuses such as 400 % but 10 x? come on. 20 MAYBE. IF you limited to a max deposit say 50 or 100, your exposure would also surely be limited no?

Oh and GlenKing, touch a nerve did I? Wonder why that could be I was actually referring to the max cashout on the deposit, NOT the free 50 chips which yes clearly states no stipulations of any kind. I would have assumed most people who frequent this site often would realise that that was what I was referring to, but then I realise you dont
