    Grande Vegas now Jackpot capital

Hey guys, it seems jackpot capital is having a massive take over of a few of the RTG brand Casinos

    I just received this email
    .

    Hi Matthew

I have an important positive announcement to make!
The management of Grande Vegas Casino has made a decision to sell the brand to a bigger, more powerful operator that has an excellent reputation, great customer support as well as solid processing due to the fact that they have high volumes across all their brands.

Grande Vegas Casino has been sold to The Jackpot Capital Group, a reputable group, which I’m sure needs no introduction.

Please be aware that this was not a light decision, however by selling to a big powerful group the affiliate partners as well as the players would reap the rewards over the long term.

As mentioned, their processing is strong, support impeccable, excellent affiliate relations and to sum it up we could not leave you in more capable hands.

The Jackpot Capital Group’s timely knowledge, professionalism and stability in the US market will undoubtedly strengthen the brand and exponentially aid in your successes when promoting Grande Vegas Casino.

The Jackpot Capital Group has contractually committed to honour all outstanding affiliate payments and will continue to do so.

PLEASE PUT ALL YOUR FEARS TO REST – THIS SALE IS IN YOUR BEST INTEREST!

Please expect communication and press releases in the near future announcing the sale with more conclusive information to follow to make this transition as smooth as possible.

It has been an absolute pleasure marketing the brand with you!

Being the type of individual that I am, when I make a deal with a marketing partner I make a no holds barred commitment to serve and assist in every way possible and it is in my nature to continue offering you service.

You have my commitment that I will act as a liaison officer and communication channel for any existing deals or frustrations that may result in the immediate transitional period.

However I do believe that there will be minimal issues as I know The Jackpot Capital Group are there to please and serve their affiliates. The Jackpot Capital Group Affiliate Team can be contacted by email: affiliates@jackpotcapital.com

It has been an absolute pleasure working with you all and on behalf of myself and the Grande Vegas Management I would like to thank you for your ongoing support throughout our partnership.

Please feel free to contact me via Skype/ MSN to discuss anything at all.

    So another one is gone...

Didn't jackpot capital just get lucky club casino?

Is this a good or bad thing? It is a bit of a shame that so many casino's are folding and we now have so many monopolies.

This may explain some players delay in payments etc.

    Cheers
    Matt

Consolidation has always been an element as the industry has matured, and tough times tend to spur the action as some companies fail or falter and are taken over by bigger, often better outfits.

If it's done in a fair, professional and honest manner, giving players plenty of notification and with a contractual obligation for the acquiring company to guarantee the outstanding payments to players, it can be a good thing, revitalising the weak brand and weeding out inept, underfunded, inexperienced or untalented operator/owners.

I predicted months ago some rtg casinos would collapse or be forced to be bought out. Most of them are reaping what they have sown and i for one feel no pity for them

At least they are showing how it SHOULD be done. Compare this with the recent shady & secretive fiasco surrounding Vanguard and Slot Power. I am still not sure what has REALLY happened, and who is running what, and responsible for which obligations.

It is better for a smaller operator to sell to a bigger one whilst they are still viable, rather than go bust, and have a liquidator clear up the mess, as happened with TUSK and Eurolinx, where "obligations" are STILL outstanding.

I thought they did, after all, MGS were telling players owed money to contact the liquidators.
