That's so true and that was for me the reason, that i've closed all RTG Casino accounts, because i had the last time always the feeling, that there was something strange going on.

2-3 years ago with a $100 deposit i could play at least very much hours, if not even 1-2 days and the balance goes up and down, but i had at least always the feeling, that the slots are fair, but now a $100 deposit (i bet normally always only 20 cent bets) went within 1 or 2 hours, if not faster, certainly without having any fun and any win *lol*

Closing the casinos and not playing them is the best way to vote and you've done the correct thing. Complaining and berating casino employees who are just trying to do their jobs does no good, as they are probably not privy to the inner workings of the machine. The ones at the top of the heap are, I suspect, a secret society who take an oath of silence. They're not ever going to say what really goes on, for those are their trade secrets and releasing them for public consumption would open a can of worms of biblical proportions. So, if you are not comfortable with the establishment or software, simply don't play there. I'm convinced they are going to do us as long as we let them, for as long as that is. As they say, make hay when the sun shines. I believe that sun is setting. Gaming online will never be the same, at least for us in the USA, until it becomes legal and there is more competetive casinos operating under the supervision of US regulators.

I don't think you are telling lies, but your RJ's are
I appreciate you being here(even though I don't play at your casinos and NEVER will), but for me, I don't care what you say about the RJ's or how you say it, I don't believe a RJ was won on the same game in the same month(less than 2 weeks apart) for nearly 30,000 each!!! It is the way I feel and I am entitled to that!

The reset numbers are $1000 or $5000, depending on how the casino sets them up. I've been watching this stuff a long time.

In these two cases I'm almost sure of that the RJ was hit with some kind of max cashout bonus and the RJ money was put back up.

If my theory is correct we can see that Rushmore are honest and put the money back. It´s still not too good to have the "max cashout" winners on the list.

Robertas Castle, RJ is today over 10K, just a day or two ago it was just over 8K

Now that is an RJ increase of $1000 per day. Extrapolate that to $1000/.01 (as I believe the RJ build is a penny per dollar wagered on the slot) and you have $100,000.00 in wagering on this ONE SLOT alone. Thats 1000 spins at $100 bet amount.

So I am logging into play mode, and going to do precisely 1000 spins at 100 bucks a pop and see if I hit the RJ, not only that but find out how high the RJ gets. Should increase at minimum $1000, right?

I'll let you know the results.

A question to Louise:
Did the first winner of Roberta's Castle have their winnings voided due to a free chip and then subsequently the funds were added back into the RJ, which a non free chip player later won? I think the casino needs to clarify this if this is so and promptly remove the freechip winners name and 'win' from its website as it is not in effect a legit win by a legit player and VERY false advertising. If you are trying to say that the casino paid out over $90K on one machine in one month I think you are going to need to provide a little more proof that this is not bogus. We are a tough crowd is right because some of us have been on the internet gambling longer than your group of casinos have been around and we can smell when something is fishy. Very fishy....

With all due respect, is it possible that Louise might not know how it works? She certainly wouldn't be the first manager, who's primary job was to be a manager of customer relations, who had no idea how the actual systems worked. Being very nice and very professional, which Louise is, is certainly no guarantee of competence in the technical department.
