People are usually too lazy to give another DID or "dialer in digit" for a fax number.

murder1 seems to be zero at this point
I actually played at Golden Spurs and deposit $100 got 125% bonus and met wagering requirement. I cashed out for $800 and was paid in a week time. I have tried there sister casinos also, but lost. BTW, the software they use is Proprietary

sia uses playtech, there have been alot of complaints of no payments and terrible customer service with the sportbook end, placed many bets a couple years ago but from what i can tell they have gone down hill lately, just go to covers.com and search there forms they use to promote this site heavely till all this crap started....

I just signed up at SIA casino the other day, played thru the bonus requirements and cashed out a $100 profit. They paid me to neteller in 2 - 3 days after their 96 hour (silly) wait period. And, they didn't even ask for any of the ID stuff.
