Angry SCAM @ captain Jack casino

My husband received a free $25.00 chip today so decided to play it. When he went to the cashier's screen to claim it a message showed that a max of $50.00 was allowed to be redeemed, he had the balance up to more than $200.00..BUT this message also said $750.00 was needed before you could cash out. All of a sudden while he was still playing his balance dropped to $50.00!
He tried many times to contact them , but coiuldn't get any connection either on the computer in live chat or on the phone.
He just got through now and explained what happened, they told him he had to contact them when the balance went down and that the reason it dropped was because only 50.00 could be redeemed..the run around as far as we are both concerned!!

Captain Jack is a crap casino.
Having said that...You might be confused about the playthrough. I believe the scenario is this...The $25 chip had a maximum cashout of $50. $750 needed to be played through before a cashout. No matter how much you had at the end ($200), you had by then played $750 worth. At that point the excess balance was removed, and you're left with the max cashout amount...$50.
Does that sound about right? If so, then you're good to go. Now, whether you actually receive the money is an entirely different story.

    Captain Jack

Almost right in your idea, I wasn't trying to cash out $200, I was clear that 750 was needed to cash out the 50, my point is how the hell do you build it to 750 to get a crappy 50 when at 200 the money was taken back!
But you're right on 1 thing it is a crap casino!!

You don't need to build it up to $750. You just need to have wagered $750. You didn't wager exactly $200 to get to $200...you had to have wagered way more than $200 to get to there.

You must have hit the playthru. The software may have been automatically set to deduct the amount over the withdrawable $50. Contact support and ask them since the amount dropped to $50 if you can cash out now.

BTW, Capt Jack is a rogue casino, so I wouldn't be surprised if they find a way to either delay this payment to you or not pay it at all.

Already sent an email to customer support, but have little hope of ever seeing that $50.00!

Believe it or not, I did get paid by them a few years ago, after I kept on them, for a while. I think it was a free chip, cashed out $50, but I could only receive a money gram, and they took out about $20 in some sort of fees. I remember getting paid somewhere in the vacinity of $30.

I am NO WAY endorsing them, I am just saying keep after them.
    Christmas is coming fast!!!

It took me two posts and over a dozen sentences to say what takethemoney said in a mere 6 words.

This site is just as bad as the Virtual group.

I played with them LEGIT at first with a $100 deposit and NO playthrough a few years back.

Won over $1700 on just the slots and they put me through hell and back to get paid.

You will need the Pope himself just to get your $50.

    STAY AWAYYYYYYYYYYYY from this site.
