    Vegas PArtner Lounge makes me start to get concerned.....

    This is a copy from my chat which I just had with a person from Vegas Partner Lounge.

    The story behind.
    Yesterday I made a withdrawal and reversed a bit this morning. Lucky enough I made more out of it. So I made another withdrawal.
    I asked them to flush my account. They did. (thanks).
    But as an addicted gambler I wanted to stress my luck. So I asked on the chat to reverse again from the flushed money.

    Here is what "they" told me:

    Me: i made yesterday and today a withdrawal and asked you to flush my account....that was fine, but may i ask you to reverse 70$ from my withdrawal?
    Me: my account: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
    Karl: Yes I will just check your account to see whther we can still reverse the withdrawal.
    Me: thank you$
    Me: are you still there?
    Karl: Yes i am.
    Me: could you do something?
    Karl: Just give me a moment , my system is a bit slow now.
    Karl: xxxxxxxxxxxx, unfortunately the withdrawal has already been paid out so i will not be ale to reverse the 70
    Karl: tghe withdrawal was paid out as follows :
    Me: it doesn't shows up in my moneybooker account!
    Karl: Amount: 200.00 E-Cash Account Number: my moneybookers-address
    E-Cash Processor: MoneyBookers
    E-Cash Brand: MoneyBookers Purchase
    Me: no....nothing in my account
    Me: i just logged into moneybookers
    Karl: It will be credited within 3-5 working days.
    Me: ??...you said it is already PAID. means the payment was done and left your "house", correct?
    Karl: That is correct , however it will take 3-5 days for it to get to your moneybookers account.
    Me: then it is not really paid. moneybookers is instant. so, your financial unit hasn't paid.
    Me: AND...what about the other 149$ from my 2nd withdrawal?
    Karl: xxxxxxxxxx, I gave you the information on our records .. The withdrawal has been paid , if you would like to make sure , plaese contact moneybookers and query the Transaction , all the details are available .
    Me: what was the transaction-number from the first payment?
    Me: and please, what happened to my 2nd withdrawal?
    Karl: Was the withdrawal at the same casino?
    Me: yes
    Karl: How much was the withdrawal for?
    Me: 149$
    Me: 150$
    Me: and what me really concerns....the status of BOTH withdrawal are still on "work in progrss". What is going on???
    Karl: I got it
    Karl: That was on your Flash account.
    Me: yes
    Karl: That was also paid out as follows : Amount: 150.00 E-Cash Account Number: my moneybooker-address
    E-Cash Processor: MoneyBookers
    E-Cash Brand: MoneyBookers Purchase
    Me: Withdrawals Date

    Me: work in progress?.
    Karl: This is why I said the money will be in your account within 3-5 working days.
    Me: Ok, I will save our conversation and I will see what will happen in those 3.-5days

    So, is it me who is wrong or them? I don`t wanna throw stones, but this is rather strange. Please, if the mistake is on my side - then explain me why!

    Well well well. It is getting even more strange.

    Now I got a mail telling me that first, they wanted my documents...and so I replied that they already got them for several withdrawals from Aspinalls, Crazy vegas and Casino Us.
    They wrote me back - saying that they paid me for good-will (thank you) and the money will show up in 3-4 days in moneybookers.
    C^mon...either they paid me or not. As we all know MB is instant.

    This is boring and stupid. I was really really satisfied with the Vegas Partner Lounge. They paid me really quick. And I never had a problem.....c`mon guys

    Complete mess. Don't CS EVER credit players with a modicum of intelligence. We ALL KNOW that payouts to the eWallets Neteller & Moneybookers are INSTANT, yet casinos STILL insist on using the "2-5 days" line as a "stall" when there are still some "processing" procedures to complete before payment. In your case, it seems the payout had been held for documents, even though CS said it had ALREADY been paid. When you told them they already had documents, THEN it seems they unlocked the withdrawal for ACTUAL payment.

    What should REALLY worry you is their statement that they paid you for "goodwill", yet they HAVE your documents already. So, what exactly are they now looking into on your accounts, as your next withdrawal could also be held up pending some "clarification" of something.

    I'm from US so I know it is different probably but a couple of reversal requests always adds a little more time on doesn't it? and may also have contributed to the yes it's paid - no it's not paid confusion. just a thought.

    But it was really strange....
