This is a copy from my chat which I just had with a person from Vegas Partner Lounge.
The story behind.
Yesterday I made a withdrawal and reversed a bit this morning. Lucky enough I made more out of it. So I made another withdrawal.
I asked them to flush my account. They did. (thanks).
But as an addicted gambler I wanted to stress my luck. So I asked on the chat to reverse again from the flushed money.
Here is what "they" told me:

Karl: tghe withdrawal was paid out as follows :
Me: it doesn't shows up in my moneybooker account!

Me: no....nothing in my account
Me: i just logged into moneybookers
Karl: It will be credited within 3-5 working days.
Me: ??...you said it is already PAID. means the payment was done and left your "house", correct?
Karl: That is correct , however it will take 3-5 days for it to get to your moneybookers account.
Me: then it is not really paid. moneybookers is instant. so, your financial unit hasn't paid.
Me: AND...what about the other 149$ from my 2nd withdrawal?

Me: what was the transaction-number from the first payment?
Me: and please, what happened to my 2nd withdrawal?
Karl: Was the withdrawal at the same casino?
Me: yes
Karl: How much was the withdrawal for?
Me: 149$
Me: 150$
Me: and what me really concerns....the status of BOTH withdrawal are still on "work in progrss". What is going on???
Karl: I got it
Karl: That was on your Flash account.

So, is it me who is wrong or them? I don`t wanna throw stones, but this is rather strange. Please, if the mistake is on my side - then explain me why!
