My Planet 23 (Rival) Experience

By now, anyone who has read any of my posts knows that I have a love/hate relationship with Rival. I love the games but after winning am normally bonus banned or have had my account locked for one excuse or another.

I started playing at Planet 23 a few months back (and trust me thought this one would be the same). Now, I'm not promoting them, but I actually did have a very pleasant experience which shocked the hell out of me. I deposited $25, $50...several times and always took a bonus and busted out. The other night (Thursday) I did a promo of some sort (15K in wagering) because I deposited $100 and got maybe a $250 bonus. Anyway, I actually made it about half way and hit $2000 on Scary 2. Got it up to $2700 and cashed out.

They have a casino host who contacts you, offers to help and actually followed through. I hadn't sent in my docs (thinking I would never cash out) so I did that on Friday, Monday I received an email they needed a better scan of my CC. The casino host (Jenny) actually forwarded it to accounting and surprise, surprise they approved my docs. We all know these days they begin counting the 2-5 day payment time from then. This morning I logged in to my account and instead of seeing (processing) it said COMPLETED!!

I checked QT and there it was all $2000 little $$$$$$$$$$$

Now, you may be wondering what happened to the other $700+++...well, I spent it

I knew I had flushed the 2K and I played the other getting down to about $50 and then hit about $700 on Scary Rich. Hit a few others and ran it up to $900...end of story...weeelllll..noooo. Spent it all and had a blast.

Anyway..this is my happy, feel good story for this quarter. Oh, and they haven't bonus banned me yet!

I am like you, love some of the games, but Rival has a cloud hanging over them, for this and that.

It is nice to see someone happy with Rival, for a change!!

Sounds like a good experience. I was bonus banned pretty quick, don't think I even made a deposit.

Congratulations on your win!!! Thats so exciting, good for you.

I never understood the reason Rivals bonus ban. I understand if its due to fraud. However
I won on a free chip at Tropica, and attempted a withdrawal. I couldn't do the verification deposit that day so I reversed it and lost. I am now bonus banned at most Rival Casinos?!?

I have heard of others getting banned once they won as well, so I just wonder what they base their bans on?
