    DaVinci's Gold

Wondering if anyone here has played DaVinci's lately?
    April 21st I requested a $1,100 withdrawal (did not use a bonus).

About 4 or 5 days later I went to their live chat to ask about the status of my withdrawal...they said my documents would have to be faxed in. Don't know when they were going to tell me about faxing my c.c. info in, my account is not new and I have withdrawn at this casino previously a few years ago, though I have used a new cc to deposit.

Today I again went to live chat and was told "it should be processed within the next week".

My only withdrawal option was to use ewalletexpress. I'm pretty sure I will then have to wait additional days for them to process. Last time I used ewallet they took about $100 from my $1,000 for process fee.

Anyway, I will be patient and hope I will eventually receive it. Just wanted to post my experience here.

Guess I should stay with Bodog. They have been paying me quickly the last few times. Just that I like to try new casinos on occasion.

You may have to fax in new docs, i recently made a withdrawal at superior casino, and the last time i did a withdrawal there was over 2 years ago, so they said i needed to update my docs!

    Documents

Yes, I did fax the new documents in...the same day they requested them.
They have notified me they have accepted my new faxback documents, yet still seem slow to release my winnings.

I believe I will be paid eventually, just not as quickly as it could be.

I have the ID email draft saved and send it before depositing. The USPS Change of Address Conf (US Res) can be replenished each year. The acceptence email from the casino giving me the green light to make withdrawals is best to have in the can, up front, me thinks.

    .
    Just an up-date:

DaVinci's did process my withdrawal request to ewalletexpress a few days ago. Ewalletexpress has informed me they will take 10% of the withdrawal and process the funds to me within a few days.

That is a pretty hefty fee for Ewalletexpress. For that kind of money, they should be quicker.

EWalletExpress charges 10% (max $150 for $1,500 withdrawal). Anything over that $1,500 doesn't get charged so it's better to take out bigger chunks at a time.

Still ticks me off to pay that kind of fee when they hit you up for a deposit fee. I'm sure their business is doing quite well...

Thanks for your replies. I still don't get why Davinci's Gold requires players to use a mediary like ewalletexpress.com (unless Davinci's has an interest in it?).

Bodog winnings are fedex'd by check directly to your home within days...and free once a month...no fee whatsoever.

I've had similar service from 7Sultans.com, no fees and all within a few days.

As stated above I originally requested the cashout from Davinci's Gold on April 21 and I still do not have my winnings.

Yeah I know. I should stick with those casinos known to be customer service oriented. But I really like to play other casinos when my luck at Bodog is not running well. Same as when I lose at Foxwoods, I often stop at the Mohegan to try my luck there on the way home.

Bodog is one of the oldest and best casinos online, in my opinion.

This nonsense with DaVinci ... forget it. I'm not doing that.
