Click and Buy Problems>>32red

Hi if anyone is considering using click and buy to deposit at 32 red I wouldnt right now.

I deposited twice last night when u deposit it comes up declined, but it actually comes out of your click and buy account i deposited a second time thinking that the first one had been declined to find out later that the first one had gone through.

It took me a good few hours to get the first two deposits credited with a lot of too and throwing with live support, not thinking i deposited again today again to find the same thing.

The funds have come out of my account and again havnt been credited to my 32 red account.

We are now some ten or so hours into this mess and still no closer to having it fixed.
I have sent them all the receipts and copys of statments and we are still in limbo as someone is running around like a headless chook talking to the software provider trying to work out whats happened here.

Credit to the support staff they have tried to help as much as possible but still i havnt been credited my deposit so the frustration certainly is gathering momentum here'

DONT USE CLICK AND BUY>>> ONLY A VERY FEW DEPOSITS AT 32 RED ARE GOING THROUGH WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS..

Hello i have the same problem at Vegas regal casino with Clickandbuy deposit . 3 Days now waiting no answer from management or accounting people

thanks for your reply heador112 NOW i know that there are click and buy problems, well as much as everyone raves about 32 red Im not getting much help here either...

Well just in the last few minutes they have finally credited my account lots of greif and lots of tooing and frowing with customer support.

Nearly 24 hours for this to be sorted I wouldnt suggest anyone use click and buy until they have this under control as obviously customer support no matter how good the casino is going to be able fix this one in a hurry.

Wish I knew how to alter the heading as id change it to click and buy issues player beware
