I have been checking out these Top Game Casinos and found the slot games to be fun but managment and customer service pretty much lacking.

When i checked my emails, i had a 15.00 ND, made the 99x WR and cashed out the 100.00, wish it was that simple.

I went on chat and talked to several people, i asked what is the process time, i was told 15 days to get into my qt, i replied" thats just crazy, even Rival isnt that bad."

It was soon after that, i asked about reversing as they had taken their 15.00 back out and if it would be considered a fresh deposit, i was told yes, i have the screenshots that show the chat, it just wont post due to the size.

Chris who said he was the VIP manager came on and said he thought i meant something else, i then asked him to contact me, he did call and several things he said contradicted his own statements.

This is a group of casinos that should be avoided imho, just from the point of trying to get me to deposit 1k, please, if i had that to gamble with, it sure wouldnt be where it would take 15 days to pay me if i won. In all fairness, i was told that it depends on whether the manager like you and your a good person and makes several weekly deposits to get to a VIP level and then its 2to 4 days and then again he said daily withdrawals can be done, i just dont think these people know what they are doing, this is just my own 2 cents and thoughts regarding Top Games.

I had to google top games as nothing came to mind. Well no wonder. I've only played at one of them (Winward) back in 2002.

I didn't see them on the A-list here unless I missed something. What is it about them that people would want to play there?

Their games are different and can be a little loose, and fun.

I agree with Laurie about the cashout times - entirely too long. Also there are the snafus I've read about here in various threads. Black Diamond was the only one I'd play at, as they processed cashouts in 48 hours or less, but they moved over to Rival, which is perhaps even better.

I don´t know which Top Game casino Laurie played at but of those casinos which still exist I can recommend Goldvegas.

They have the same owner and staff as Grande Vegas (accredited RTG) and when I made my last withdrawal they where quick.

The few withdrawals I made at Gold Vegas were completed in 24 hours to 3 days after my inital docs were approved which took 10 days. This was the only one I played at also.

I must confess I have been playing at top game casinos...There games are fun and can be loose...I did a deposit at Diceland, got a big bonus and actually made it thru the 10,000.00 WR...I then hit some decent stuff, paid back the 400.00 bonus and am waiting for my withdrawl of 600.00...They did tell me it would be awhile...Yikes...their customer service seems to be fine. I don't understand the delay in getting withdraw..so I will keep you posted..Of course when I withdraw from Aladdins Gold it took 3 weeks!!!...

I'm glad to see affiliates doing their own homework instead of promoting every casino that offers them a free chip.

Of course when I withdraw from Aladdins Gold it took 3 weeks!!!...

My withdrawals from Aladdins have always been fast.
