Noone should play there in my opinion


I went all the way up to 6k then lost most of it but I still have a good cashout! And I have been told I will be payed by them a month ago... after I went through all verifications. Then three weeks ago on live chat I got the "it'll be done in a minute" line... then over two weeks ago I notified the rep here..
I was told "I had one more account" as an excuse. I said I do not and noone from my place plays, I am 100% sure. My sister is 14 and my parents do not use the computer. I'm the computer engineer in the family.

And I played only from my place!
Then she checked it out. Then she told me "OK I've checked it out, I'm on it, it'll be one in 3 to 7 days".. It wasn't done in 3 days. Then it wasn't done in 7 working days, that was last Friday.
She is never there on live chat, and I always ask for her... every CS tells me he'll "alert her"... now my PM here from a week ago isn't answered (and she used to reply quickly)... I sent an email to CS, put "to Elka" to the subject (that's what CS told me to do) and even that isn't being replied to....
