Well Rockabilly Kitten, I quite strongly disagree on dropping off your VIP after 30 days without $50 deposited.

3Dice evaluates your loyalty every 10 days, and if you are not depositing, it drops off.

If you get a great win from a tourney win, and play it and play it instead of cashing out, you earn comp points. Most land based casino evaluate slot comps based on play, not deposits.

But if I have a month where I deposit $700, and next month my property taxes are due and I deposit $30, I would hope I would not be kicked to the curb with a 3 day grace period. If I wanted that kind of service, I would stick with cable TV!

I once had someone tell me when I hosted a tourney for VIPs that it "was not fair".

A lot of American players are still struggling with deposit options, many of whom have been loyal enough 3Dice players to warrant more than a 3 days late and we cut you off as a reward for loyalty through a difficult time.

Low playing players drop of rapidly, and I think 3Dice does a good job of rewarding loyalty compared with other casinos.

Oh, BTW, that $50 deposited monthly is a guarantee of VIPs for the forthcoming month, not the only criteria they use.

the easiest way to solve a problem at 3dice when you feel that things have changed so much, is just do as I did uninstall the software and dont play there
then you have no worries about the games the chat the tournys or anything else that bothers you
You are correct in your thinking that some think it is whining when you say something or ask a question and seems that they have gotten more into giving that ole pat answer that every casino in the industry gives when you talk to some of the support group and that may be because they are new
