I've probably opened some of these VP games 300 times and have never seen a missing button. Take a screen shot and send it to the staff.

I have taken screen shots... multiple times on the Video Poker.

What happens is when you usually launch a game, the VP "tower" rolls up onto the screen and you see a "Play" button. Instead of that I see "Start" --> like you see AFTER you start configuring Autoplay. But since I have yet to touch anything, "Start" should not be there. Nothing on the screen works at that point and there's no button that will start the game. Only way is to exit out and go back in a few times and eventually I see "Play" instead. Not a big deal I guess - just annoying.

ps... support hasnt said anything to me YET about the screens or the constant crashes -- play the underwater bubble game ... let the Bonus Round time out (without picking anything) and it will crash - everytime. And I've tried 3 PCs including a brand new supped up one at my mother's this last weekend -- wanted to show her the different games that 3dice offers. Anyway, I'm sure they'll figure it out.

Actually it crashes because it's state of the art and our computers suck. But there's a whole other thread for the 3Dice crashes.

I always hold my breathe when I hit spin .But the only works when Ellen wears Red ....sometimes blue ..... she sometimes easily gets confrused ....LOL

good glad i'm not alone on that. So it's not just me and its not our lousy pcs. Processing speed has nothing to do with that kind of bug. And neither does a crash that occurs due to a timeout while wtg on the client to start the free spins.

I work for the largest IT computer company in the world -- have for 15 years and was a programmer back in the day - albeit dinosaur code (Cobol/Fortran) so I'm pretty sure I know these arent cpu/memory/buffer overrun issues.

Anyway, i do really like 3dice video poker.. the colors and the floating wins are cool. I think its RTG that has multiplay and when you win it barely fades out the other lines and I'm constantly looking to figure out which hands won vs lost. With 3dice its easy -- if there's no glowing color. you lost. Wonder when their next sw release is?

Ty Enzo for taking the time to gather and share these numbers with us. It is always a breath of fresh air to get the facts.

I need to be fair with myself, the casino, other players & friends at the casino. Today is Wed 19May2010. I am so thrilled to say the past 20 hours exactly, I have had great success in V.I.P tourneys. I have won 3 scheduled V.I.P tourneys + 1 additional add on V.I.P quickie tourney. Btw, during the past 20 hours, I was doing other activities out-side of the casino and not logged in. In summary, I am very happy to say I have won 4 out of the past 8 tourneys I have particapated in.

I know this kind of success cannot last forever. But, I need Lady luck to hang out with me for a little while longer

Overall, I am pleased with a 1/27 overall win ratio in tourney play. Ty again for the non-stop 24/7 tourneys & all the great things 3Dice and its staff do for us players.

Sounds like your stats must be worse than 1/81 or it was just missed by Enzo... he cant pull everyone's.

I have only played maybe 8 or so tourneys and not even gotten close - but they are a way to pass the time, play the games and chit chat. It's not like the winner gets $500 or $5000. Nearly all I've seen pay $10 to $20. That's gone in like 15seconds playing the slots for real.

Anyway, I hope you were kidding about manipulation of the tourneys. There'd be little point in doing that and I dont get the impression that 3dice would ever consider such a thing.

Now, if they could fix the crashes... for sure I'd be back to play later this year

When it came up earlier in the thread Enzo threw it out there to 3Dice players if anyone would like to know their tourney stats. So the only criteria to be on the list was to be around when Enzo offered to compile it and reply, "Yes."

If you are by chance, I would like to be informative. 1st, I did not win 4 tourneys in 1 day. I won two tourneys-two days in a row. 2nd, I never complained, I was only stating facts about bad runs. Now, I have to be fair and mention a good run as well. I have a moral obligation with myself to do so.

I doubt the winner is picked ahead of time. Even if that was the case, I don’t really think any one is going to say "yeah, we pick and choose the winner." The staff or support team have nothing to do with game results.

I was thinking about what I would do if I was in charge. I could not think of any thing more the casino could do to please more players. Should the casino have the 1st place tourney winner receive $7 and the runner up get $3? How about top 10 pays $1 each? I am not a big fan of one huge prize. Personally, If there was a $20 tourney prize, I think the top 2 should get $10 and $10 or $15 & $5. There is no need to give one player a large prize and the runner up nothing.

One improvement the casino could make regarding tourneys is to closely monitor VIP status. If you have not deposited at least $50 with in a 30 day rolling period, you should be removed from VIP status until a deposit of $50 at least has be executed. I am really frustrated when I hear a player is not VIP, has not deposited in 40 days, and beats me on a VIP tourney. They should had never been able to join that tourney. $50 is the cost of admission and needs to be tracked out of fairness to us players that do pay. This is not to bash or upset anyone on a financial budget. Just saying everyone should get what they pay for. It is not fair some paid within 30 days and some did not. And the ones who did not pay, they get the same VIP benefits? I do believe in flexibility. If prior arrangements are made there should be up to and no more than a 3 day grace period. Meaning 30 + 3 days to get a $50 deposit executed or your VIP status goes away. If I don’t have the money, I cannot get into Disneyland! $50 is not a lot of money!
