What a change of opionions in such quick time.

Had my fair share of rivals but recenty iv seen how good 21grand is,

Obviously there was the situation where they did everything possible to sort out my ID issues, even contacted rival to find a solution and kept me up to date with phonecalls and emails.

Julien in support has be great and treats me more like a friend now. Is always friendly and tries to help.

It seems if I win something, im still treated great and congratulated, often a free chip will be thrown in also

finally a rival I can keep depositing at which has excellent service

It might help others to know what alternative documentation they eventually accepted, and how easy it is for EVERYBODY in the UK to get their own copy to prove ID.
