Always Impressed by the service at Bet365

I rarely take a bonus at 365. I'm a small depositor, and most of the offers are not that attractive for me. Support has told me that bigger depositors get better offers.

I've not deposited much lately, more due to my circumstances than any dissatisfaction, and was sent a 50 percent match offer. Since Playtech offers many slots with quite low variance, I thought I'd take it.

Now there is no ability to check playthrough in the cashier. But support indicated just to ask any time. I deposited $50 with a 50 percent match, $1500 playthrough. I checked at nearly $500 played, again at nearly $1000 played, and yet again at $142 remaining. Once already the question I was about to ask was answered while I was typing the question.

It was a good session for me...I would have cashed out sooner if not for the WR, but I got a bigger balance because I was playing with a bonus and could not cash out after a decent hit, lost a bunch back, but still cashing out before my original goal for the deposit I made.

I occasionally have to be transferred at Bet365 to have a question answered, but I've always had a professional reply to my question, and tonight I had psychic livechat...'course, was the same question, so easier to be psychic

Kudos Bet365 on such a professional support team. My tech problem last night was dealt with efficiently as well after a transfer to the correct person.

That happens to me also every time i'm going to ask. They're lighting fast to their support of any questions.

I'm a very frequently player there and every time i needed some support i was totally satisfied from the quick answers, even to e-mails i needed to send.

Jasminebed: You can also check if you have completed the wagering requipments if you go to 'bank' and see if all the money is withdrawable. When you have not completed them, you will see only your deposit ammount withdrawable. When you've completed the wagering, you will see that the whole amount becames withdrawable.

PS: Bet365 is the only one Playtech casino that updated the client with the NEW slots (archer, punisher marvel slot and some more).

I concur: play there myself. The best Playtech IMO and the biggest range of games too. They always seem to be the first to get the games aswell.

Ray's been playing there since the issue with that *other* Playtech casino, he's in the process of making his first withdrawal ($3K) there too

He had a little problem (for some reason he wasn't receiving their emails) so he phoned, they phoned back a couple times and now that's fixed. So I agree, customer service is good there.

But when he first went to contact them he couldn't find any online chat, where is it located?

Live chat is located right in the green bar on any of the casino screens like the cashier, the message centre, or the contact us button at the bottom of the casino main page. I had trouble locating it at first too!.

From the casino main page, if you select menu, you will see comps in the popup list. Just select that then convert your comps to $. They can be redeemed as low as $1, and it is real cash with no playthrough required

Well Jazzy and Chayton, between you two fellow Canucks....and Simmo's YouTube videos of Gladiator...I am finally going to try Bet365 tonight. Been at least four years or more since I played at Playtech...but you guys seem to enjoy it, and I do feel like something different.

I glanced at the website, I think they have a 200% first deposit bonus for slots? But I'm sure I read the playthrough is like 40X D+B. That's brutal...but really, I'm just looking to try out the slots, so probably my best bet.

According to this link WR are 30x(D+B)

To redeem the Standard Opening Bonus players must play through the amount of their deposit/transfer plus bonus 20 times. To redeem the Slots Only and VIP Opening Bonuses players must play through the deposit/transfer plus bonus 30 times.

Thanks for the link.....not sure where I saw 40X at, but I know I saw it. Guess I'll worry about it if/when the time comes. If I deposit $25, I'll start with $75. So even at 30X, that's $2.250....40X would be 3K.

Just dying to play that Gladiator, thanks to Simmo and his videos, lol.
