Would you still play there now? If you won an R/J by chance, how long do you think it would take them to pay you out?

Would you advise new online players to deposit there?

As a former player and one who has been fooled by this group in the past, i find it hard that any member here would give them a thumbs-up imho.

Im not knocking you at all as its your business where you like to play but newbies should be aware of this group and their reputation and if they are tempted by the outlandish bonuses and want to proceed playing there, then they have no one to blame but themselves, they will be back here bitching, i promise you that fact.

I know alot of good people who have worked for them in the past and are now at better casinos, i just find it odd that someone really wants or thinks they can change this group for the better.

It seems that Marty wants to help but so did Robert at the time, i wish him all the best but i have no kind words for this casino group.....sorry

The thumbs up was for my past experience with this group, which was years before coming to a forum, I honestly never had any problems getting paid by them.

Would I play there again, well that would be my choice as I am pretty much not seeing any difference in Virtual RTG compared with any other RTG these days.

What I do see, is don't pick on the casino rep there because they haven't been proven guilty but pick on the casino rep here because they have.
Seriously, do we want a rep that will handle things or not, or just the ones that today you like, but tomorrow you may not.

Honestly, I really don't even care anymore, what anyone thinks of my opinion.
Why don't you just request Bryan give you a ban button, so all few of you who really get ticked at us with different opinions, can just ban us and be done with it.

Mavin, your being over dramatic, i happen to like your posts and also you for that matter, im just trying to get a better understanding here about why this casino group is getting the time of day from some members.

If this dude can help get past players paid, im all for it, i just wont be having anything nice to say about them but i wont flame them, just speaking the truth is enough.

Virtual is not even in the same league nor class as Inetbet, Club World, Jackpot Capital, or Titan and others for that matter when it comes to taking care of players and paying them.

Whens the last time you saw a Virtual Rep post on this forum ?

A blast from the past, oh how things have changed, this is good reading right here:

Can we all agree to give the guy a break for a little while since he was at least brave enough to register and make a post? My husband and I have a history with these casinos from a few years back...did we get paid? Yes...and I am not defending them...do we play there anymore..no...that is another story.

No one has to jump up and down and say they are the best and the brightest (we all have seen what happens when someone does and then wait a few months or weeks and the tide turns). We just need to see what he has to say and then what "actions" are taken to rectify the problems.

My 2 cents..my opinion only...just wait a while to tar and feather me

Well maybe im just wrong about this poor misunderstood group, i'll just mosey on over to POC and see if i still get that 500.00 free chip per month for life and maybe they will do one of those nice 300% bonuses for me as well or better yet, take a gander at some of those nice affiliates that promote them, i know there has got to be a gazillion of them as they sure are all over the internet.

Do ya think they might let me promote them, dang i could give away all kinds of ND bonuses and to think of all the money we could make off the newbie online players, shit we could make a killing(cha-ching)$$$$.

OH Crap, just thought about the spoil sports who would dare come between me and my hard earned money as it dang sure aint those clueless players, no one cares about them anyways, hell they are gonna spend it some where anyways.

What A Nightmare I was Having!!!!!!!!

    Exclamation Admin Warning: thread derailment

Please do no derail the thread. Off-topic comments can be addressed elsewhere but not here.

The "hormone" discussion has been moved to here:

We get snarky when members have to be reminded to respect the ongoing conversations or to respect one another. This thread is a prime example.

If you feel the moderators are being short-tempered, you can always "report a post" and we'll review your comments

As for this thread, further derailment will be met with bad-ass snarkyness.

Okay, you've got our attention. You say you've been invited to join here by members of the GPWA - are they members here as well, or are they watching this thread to ascertain whether or not there are outstanding player issues?

It would be nice to see player issues resolved here. But you have taken on a casino group with a monster of a history. Players don't forget - neither do most webmasters. Good luck.

While Marty might be able to resolve issues for players I hope this wont be the start of a bigger problem where newbies believe that the casinos have turned over a new leaf. They have been given far too many chances and I doubt they will ever come good.

Well, Marty, I would like to ask you two questions.
1.- Why all the payouts has a two months delay? It is unacceptable.
2.- Could you post all the structure of the business? I ask for the brands which belongs to the same owner, like virtual casino group, and the relationship with another casinos like AceRevenueGroup. I think a company (specially one casino with rogue issues in the past) must be clear with its assets, its brands, and i suggest an audit for a third gruop like PwC, KPMG...

To anyone that knows the answer....

Why would a casino not want to try and be the best they can be?

I'm confused on this, and for the life of me I cannot understand.

Do you make more money ripping off players who will never return after being ripped off, or keeping players happy or even semi-happy that will stay playing? Personally I think it would be the latter.

This is a serious question because I really don't understand. I hope someone can show me the light.

Not to derail the thread of "hello" but this question kind of goes with why many people post the way they post about certain casinos.

Lets give MartyDavis a chance here first.
His first post is now 37 and he has not said anything.
We can only hope he can do a better job than Mr.G did.
Where did Mr Green go anyways?
I wish you all the best Marty to fix it all for the players & more.
