The CS should have been properly trained BEFORE the casino went live. Asking how to request a withdrawal is probably a pretty common question, and even if CS couldn't access the system, there was NO excuse for being unable to look up the simple procedure required (send an email), and give it to the player there & then.

If this is RTG, what archaic version are they running that has no cashier support for requesting a withdrawal - I have NEVER heard of one of the major softwares having such a basic deficiency.

The lack of Quicktender support is very short sighted, since this may well be the ONLY way US players can get paid once WU and MG start ENFORCING what has been their long term policy of prohibiting gambling related money transfers. They won't be "the biggest sportsbook on the net" then.
Hey man I agree with you. They should not have launched when everything was not in place......not getting off to a great start.

I play at The Betphoenix sportsbook and all withdraws are handled through the cashier(different software) so there is little doubt that they will eventually get around to adding it.

Hopefully (keyword) They will iron out the major faults and be a decent place to play for US players.

Or just another RTG casino that floats away with 92% payouts....

I just don't think they will end up scamming people...Bet Phoenix is highly rated at SBR(very trusted source)...I deposited over 50k during NBA season with them and feel 100% safe.....the RTG casino should be a good addition to the group....(they already have a live casino and DGS software casino on their sportsbook..it is very confusing why they felt the need to open up a RTG one)

I am sure they will add Quicktender if their playerbase demands it.

PS: I am surprised you never heard of the WU and MG payouts every major sportsbook has used them for years and years and years...

I HAVE, but it works only because the transactions have been "massaged" to look like simple person to person transfers, rather than payments to and from gambling sites. I know that WU prohibit gambling related transfers, but have quite a problem enforcing it without impacting upon perfectly "legit" transfers. UIGEA may put pressure on WU and MG to "try harder", because it comes with sanctions that can be applied after June 1st. All it would take is one seizure by the DoJ of WU or MG funds, or even a mere investigation, and they WILL "try harder".
