Casino Titan Flagging?

Im starting to get alarm bells. Is it me or is Casino Titan starting to flag? Cant seem to get any replies to emails sent to them over the last few weeks and their promotions have gone totally crap. Havent received any promotional mailers from them either in a while. Its the weekend and as far as im aware they have always had 100 % deposit coupons on weekends and 75 % happy hour coupons scattered at various times throughout the week, now its 40 % on weekends and 40 % through the week. Well guess my business just goes elsewhere

hey you might want to check your email again, theres a 100% and 150% match coupon! lol my email sometimes gets emails late T_T missed out on alot of good promos

yeah i got mine also, although i'm prettymuch done there. looked at my stats there yesterday, 1997 spins, rtp of 60%. kinda low for me.

This past week they had 200% match onetime use during promotion period (expired yesterday) on 100$ depo up to 1000$ bonus - 25x PT no max isnt bad for RTG if you ask me

This weekend was offering 150% and 100% match the only problem was 100$ minimum so I can agree that twisting arms for 100$ minimum deposit is a bit much.

Generally, the lower deposits get lower percentage matching it seems with them.

On the flipside I had a rollercoaster on that 200% aforementioned. Tossed in 100 and got 200 on top - down to 2$ and 3$ at some points, scary! But I have over 400$ right now which was totally sweet.

Nailed 5 genies on aladdin free spins and got the 3 center stacked wilds in triple twister for some serious multiway wins

I haven't had any problems with Casino Titan though and their turnaround times for payments have been great, especially for myself being a new player.

Well I always used to receive the mid week and weekend promotions and then they stopped for some reason. I must have fell out of favour with them or something lol I did get a reply back off their support this afternoon advising me of the 100 and 150 % coupons but they didnt work in redeeming them. Went onto live chat they applied it no problem, so all in all its probably just a misunderstanding but a strange one all the same.

I've deposited thousands with them in the past. Yesterday I found a $5 coupon on the web. It was a comeback coupon. It would not redeem. I contacted live support and was told that was only for a select group of players that got a mailer. I was like, what am I chopped liver? If you check my account I have deposited thousands. It made no difference, she wouldn't budge.
Ever since I had a really bad session and emailed them, they don't acknowlege me, don't respond to my emails, etc. They lied to me and told me nothing ever changed on my comp redemption rate, but yet when I was first welcomed as a vip I was given 1000 points, which redeemed at exactly $10. After that the points only redeemed at 50%.

If i remember rightly, the pints initially did redeem at 10 $ for every 1000 yeah, then they changed it to 5. I do have to say that i remember them telling everyone in this forum abot this change but they did honour the 1000 for 10 until a certain date, then it came into effect. It does suck a little yeah i agree, actualy a lot. I didnt mind at first as Titan at first played great, extremely fair and very loose. I kinda just assumed this low bonus point thing was to make up for this, after all you cant have it all right. However, they have gone as tight as the rest of them in recent times and a lot of the times their bonus codes they send out dont work no and you have to go to the hassle of contacting someone in live chat to get them to put it on manually, which is a pain at times.
