Bogart Casino - Connected to Bet Phoenix

Hi all,

I already have an account at Bet Phoenix & collected the $50 free chip. So there is no reason for them to send me email about joining.

So I checked the headers thinking it was an affiliate.

The email contained an unsubscribe link:

I clicked it and was presented with the following:

Given I already hold an account at Bet Phoenix, I conclude that either Bogart Casino is owned by the same people and or Bogart Casino is spamming its members data base or both.

I then check out betphoenixmarketing.com which is just a login screen. But there is a link to betphoenix.com directly under the login screen:

Either way it's suss and I'd like to know what's going on?

Bogart has always been a part of the BetPhoenix brand Dave, you can see the logos on the bottom right hand side of this page here http://www.affcorner.com

It really doesnt matter whether Bogart is part of the BetPhoenix brand. As long as there is a clause in the Ts and Cs which states that by joining Betphoenix casino you agree that your personal info can be shared by other sectors of the Betphoenix brand. If not, I might even feel frustrated if the Sportsbook people had my personal details. We downloaded thru the casino website and signed up at the casino not the sportsbook and as such, unless we have explicitly agreed to the usage of our contact info for marketing purposes by a third party, Bogartt should not contact us directly.
