If you have not made a deposit since you used the intial freechip i would NOT use it, because if you win you wont get paid since it will be 2 freechips used in a row.

Wait till after you make a deposit, and if you have no luck with your deposit then try that code. I have learned the hard way years ago that even though you might be able to redeem consecutive freechips you wont get paid on a win unless you make a deposit in between freechips.

I'm not impressed by their bad payout!

$100 deposit and only 20 cent bets, but i could only wager $300 so i've earnd at least 3 comp points and haven't wasted too much time at least, because of the short playtime *lol*

I tried the chip, and miraculously managed to make WR and requested a cashout, I'm a bit confused though. I submitted the WD via the cashier and the $100 was never deducted from my balance, so I contact support and they say I have to email to request withdrawal.. WTH? Anyways, emailed them and now waiting waiting waiting for some response.

I get that this casino is only 4 months old but I really wish these places would get their ducks in a row and wait to open once their systems are fully functioning.

On a positive note, even though the withdrawal function does not work, I thought the interface and options were nice. Or maybe that is the new and improved RTG withdrawal screen. Been awhile since I've been there.

Congrats on your win DP! At least when I took the free bonus, it said that you had to contact support to request a withdrawal from the freechip.

Maybe Nicholas can let us know if regular deposits and bonus are being handled by automated systems now?
