But it's not just about a free chip. They don't understand how the way you and others feel will potentially effect their business. Cutomer service is more about perceptions and feelings than substance. I can deal with delays when people are honest. It sounds like they either:
1. Opened before they were prepared
2. Rogue out of the gate
I tried em out and lost the freebie right off. I didn't deposit, but I was going to. I'm gonna wait and see now.
I received a phone call yesterday from Betpheonix (Assuming it was to tell me about the promotions.) I was too busy to talk at the time but last night I contacted live support without a problem and chatted with Sam for about a half hour.
I'm not impressed with the bonuses either which was the main topic of our conversation.
I didn't know live chat was down recently. Although I couldn't count the amount of times I haven't been able to contact many accredited casino's via live chat for some reason or other so that's not a huge surprise.

Quick updates:
No Fees are going to be charged anymore on e-wallets. Additionally you get one free withdrawal via any method per month (checks, person2person, etc).
You can now request a cashout from within the cashier.
The Slots game drop down menus have been fixed.
Payouts are being processed in time (as has been stated in this thread, generally earlier than expected).
Other issues brought up on this thread are being fixed looked into. We are working at a breakneck pace getting everything just the way you like it! So don't feel shy to provide your suggestions, after all, you, the player, are the backbone of our business. It would be insane for us not to want to satisfy you.

The restrictions you quoted are for our free chip. We do have deposit bonuses with no max cashout and low restrictions;

Positive things Nicholas? The only Positive thing to me that I care about is not going 50 deposits without a good run like every other rtg out there seems to provide. Crack that one and ill be your customer for life!! But i doubt you can![]()

Thursday started with 20. Bumped it up to 200. Flushed 120 and dumped the rest.
Saturday starting with 40. Bumped it up to 300. Withdrawal doesn't go through till Monday from the last one so I changed it to $380. I'll try the other 40 tomorrow.
Slots have been good tonight.

What I don't like about this casino is if you take a bonus there is a high playthrough and then a cap on what you can cashout. That is the only reason I don't play there. The playthrough on some of the bonuses is 40x... I think that is kind of high. Then if you manage to make that playthrough you can only cash out 15 times or 10 times your deposit. To me if you manage to make that playthrough you should be able to cashout what ever amount you want.
Just my opinion.
