    AC Casino- w/d too long?

I received a free chip from ac casino to try them out, i made the playthrough, and the withdrawal amount is 25.00 after about 10 days of sending in docs, i finally get a response that they received them! Get this!!!! they told me it will cost 2 dollars of my winnings to transfer to QT account, and to remember that for first time withdrawals 10-14 days for it so show up in my account I mean how ridiculous is that? 2 dollars to transfer to QT? Why in the world would anyone ever deposit at a casino like this

Rogue or not, the software is horrendous.
The interface of claiming coupons and the like looks half-hazard as well.

If they give you any payment on that free chip though, be grateful.

After seeing their website application, I wouldn't touch them with a 100 foot pole.
