Bodog/Yikes!! Fruit Fenzy not working

I will try and make this short. I decided to download Bodog today. Since i am from the USA I am somewhat limited in my choices and wanted to try something new. What a nightmare...First the download was so slow. Then when I would choice a slot game to play it would take 6 to 13 minutes to finish downloading (yes I timed it). Then if I went out of that game and came back to later, it would do it again..I spoke to customer service 5 times. Nothing helped...Then here is the part that really sucked. I always play fruit frenzy at different casinos..As you probobly know if have to get 5 to get the bonus round. Ok..so line,1 ,2, 3, 4, stop and then the fifth reels spins and you get to hit the stop button and try to get the bonus..Well, at bodog, it will not let you hit the stop button. After you hit spin that button does not light up again and is not functional..The same thing happens on any of the games that you are trying to get the bonus by getting that match on the last reel. Such as realm of riches, ronin, etc. etc...I called them. He told me it was because I was playing in the fun mode (I do that as I am downloading)..Ok, so I deposited 100.00 and guess what, it still did not work. Has anyone else played at Bodog and had these problems..I went through my 100.00 dollars in about 15 minutes and of course never got a bonus. Plenty of chances, if I had been able to stop that last reel on my own. I hope all this makes sense. I guess back to Aladdins Gold...

Once you hit the spin button, a random number is determined for that particular spin which dictates what symbols will appear. Hitting the stop button will not make a difference in the outcome, it's not a skill stop button. I believe it's there so you dont have to wait for the long drawn out anticipation spin if you don't want to.

I also found Bodog very slow to load and play, that's why I uninstalled it.

Thank you for your reply..and all this time I thought it was my 'gambling talent
when I would get the bonus round...Ha Ha...I think I willl uninstall Bodog also..Way tooooooooooo slow..Never hit anything over 4.00 on 100.00...

Like most casinos, Bodog is really hit or miss - you either run real hot and get 5 teepees on Rain Dance, have a bonus round that re-triggers 2, three or even four times, or else you don't hit squat. I'm not a huge fan of Fruit Frenzy, so I don't feel that I can really vouch for that particular slot, but a good bonus round on their slots is like 300x or 400x your bet, typically after a full round of free spins. Payouts are almost an industry-setting standard in terms of speed - though they do have some fees that can sting.

But they have also added new slots from the same software developer that provides Luck3 with their slots.

I have spoken with the Bodog Casino manager and Bodog.com CS and it appears that you're referring a function called Skill Stop Spin which is available at some RTG casinos, but Bodog does not currently offer any games with this function. Can you PM me the name(s) of the CS reps you spoke with and the date/time so we review the history and improve our service if you were provided with the wrong/misleading information?
