HEY! I noticed that while playing last night too!
I was playing Hockey Hero and saw frantic movement above the reels. I looked and the jackpots were adding like crazy, about a dollar every 15 seconds or so. I thought this was something I just never noticed before, as I don't really watch the RJ's as I have zero hopes of winning shit....But thinking about it they usually don't add like that, not that I have ever seen.

So are you saying this has something to do with "fiddling" with them?

On the subject of random jackpots, there is a setting the casino has to make them accumulate faster or slower. Fast movement does not mean the casino is ultra busy.
