Hey, I too only have a couple casinos installed now. I came to the realization that sometimes luck just rolls the other way. I had a nice year last year, winning over $40,000 in random jackpots. Since then I have not been able to get ahead on any deposit and there there have been exactly 58 over $14000.
I made the decision to either close or uninstall all but 2 of the RTG and they were left only because I haven't deposited enough to determine if they are good or bad. Suddenly I just don't want to continue to throw money away when the result is the same every damn time. I don't know what's happened to online gaming but it's not what it used to be. It takes more money to get worse results....no thanks!

I am going try one more thing. It seemed after my last cashin at Cherry Red, since then I have seen more blank spins and very infrequent feature rounds. Call me suspicious, but I feel like maybe there is a global tightness which has kicked in and affected all the RTGs on my computer. I am going to uninstall every casino, wipe my hard drive and reistall all my software. Then I may install a couple casinos and see how they play. I can't explain why out of so many deposits every casino I have played has been so tight.....I really think this industry has a backside that nobody understands, where RTG has the ability to shut us down.....everywhere.

Sure it's great, and I was ecstatic...but if I post that shot, how do I know someone doesn't see that and think to themselves..oh wow, CC is hot at 3Dice. Which is not the case...it was just my turn at the high variance win, nothing more.

And trust me, for that one good session I had....I probably had a dozen or more that paid nothing. I just don't post about it...because it's part of gambling to me.

You just need to remember that pics in the WS thread, are simply some very high points, out of possibly dozens and dozens and dozens of losing sessions. You also have to ask how much money has been spent getting some of those shots...and how much time.

I've had an excellent weekend but I know it's come about with a fair amount of frustration and losses. I enjoy looking at the WSS and have found new games bc of it but I just don't share shots that suck nor win shots anymore.

I understand where you are both coming from but the fact is, people can misconstrue anything, be it winning screenshots or lack of. It all depends on player experience. The screenshots that suck give balance to the ones that don't. Again, a player that has some time under their belts playing on line, takes these posted shots with a grain of salt.

It's no different than when new casinos pop up and immediately a new thread is started, kudo's are flying for days or weeks as the rush of new players get treated to play that is usually not the norm. Unseasoned players read these and away they go, money in hand and hopes of also being one that can add to the praises the casino is getting. Then things start leveling off and players start wondering what has happened, it certainly isn't like it was when I first started playing , what happened, where did that great casino go, because now it looks just like all the others .

Again, a seasoned player takes these threads also with a grain of salt. I for one have come to the conclusion of wait and see before I clog up more of my computers memory with casinos that you can never seem to totally get out of every nook and cranny of this poor old tired, overworked, over cluttered computer.

So screenshots or threads, yes we need them both because they give balance to what would be like walking blind through a mine field. Just wait though and see what the next epsiode is before making a decision.

New players, because this is the nature of new players, will jump at every casino, raving thread, awsome screenshots, massive bonuses, free chips and what have you until they too, like myself, like you, have learned, that all is not what it appears to be.

There is also a difference in thinking, darn, wish I could get hits like that here or there and actually going and trying to make it happen. Just like, darn, wish I could win a Random Jackpot, it could happen, doesn't mean we are going to keep throwing ourselves at them, or darn, wish I could get hit by lightning, I've heard it tingles and could give you a rush! Am I going to stand in a thunderstorm to see, Hell No!!!!!!

But through it all the majority of players will find their happy place and the flashing marquis, giant billboards, out of this world bonuses and free chips just don't come into our vision anymore unless we choose to look upon it.

The thing you have to remember Mavin, and what puts it all into perspective....is that those winning screenshots you see, are nothing more than the HIGHLIGHTS of God knows how many sessions. And how much money spent. I've always been against the WS thread...as I believe it's deceptive in a way.

I've had some amazing hits at 3Dice for example. About two weeks ago, I hit a 1000X plus my bet on the Clams game, ie. $280 on a 25cent bet. Sure it's great, and I was ecstatic...but if I post that shot, how do I know someone doesn't see that and think to themselves..oh wow, CC is hot at 3Dice. Which is not the case...it was just my turn at the high variance win, nothing more.

And trust me, for that one good session I had....I probably had a dozen or more that paid nothing. I just don't post about it...because it's part of gambling to me. Put in your money, take your chances..and when the decent hit comes along...get out of Dodge. Withdraw your money and come back to fight another day. I guarantee if you keep playing, you will lose it. And then comes the frustration because you could have cashed out, but didn't.

Some people play that much every single day, and more. They obviously have the time and the budget to do that. So it's all relative. And you shouldn't let yourself get sucked into chasing the rainbow...because it doesn't really exist. There are very few overall winners in this game..it's the nature of the beast.

I hope to be so lucky one day that the WS thread becomes named after me.....
