Use My Wallet (Quicktender) has my money

Hi..
Well, I won at Aladdins Gold Casino about 3 weeks ago. First, it took forever for me to get my money from Aladdins..It was back and forth with paperwork. They finally approved everything and sent the money to my use my wallet account which is quicktender. Now quicktender has had my money for 10 days. They requested a copy of my drivers license and bank statement. I have sent it 3 times and they keep saying it is denied because it is not clear enough. I have sent them closeup's , etc...I want my money!! Has anyone else had problems with quicktender???

may I ask how you are sending these to them is it thru your pc or thru a store like Office Max??

Are you using a scanner to make an image of your DL?

If not, how are you doing it?

i just recently got a money wire to my checking account from them

in another note ive in the past found fax's a lot of times dont get there clear enough i would send them digitally like take a picture of them then send the picture as a attachment , fax back seams to be a outdated term and should be changed to something else

Thanks so much for the replies. I have been taking a picture with a digital camera and sending them as a attachment...Good News!! I got a email this morning and they said the last set of pictures came through ok and they would request a wire transfer..So, I will see how long till I receive money. It has now been over 3 weeks since I won and of course I just keep depositing money and have spent more then I am receiving...But thats why they call it gambling...thanks again

when I sent my stuff in last year I know it took a couple of weeks but I wasn't waiting for money either, I did it beforehand. They will get it done but I hope you have a bank that accepts international wire transfers or .....?
