    GrandeVegas, why the contradictory information

I received an email yesterday from GrandeVegasCasino which indicated that their withdrawals occurred within 24 hours:

Depositing and Withdrawing at Grande Vegas Casino
    is quick and simple!
Please read the information found below on:
    1. Deposit Methods
    2. Withdrawal Methods
    3. MEGA Match Bonus Offer

    2. Withdrawal Methods ---------

At Grande Vegas Casino withdrawals will be made within 24 hours provided all your documentation is in.

However, when i tried to confirm this fact, today, with customer service, they said the following:

"Thank you for your support at Grande Vegas Casino. To answer your queries I am pleased to inform you that our withdrawal process takes up 5 to 7 working days upon receiving all relevant documents. Our payouts are effective from Monday to Friday."
I sent an email a few hours ago asking why Grande Vegas communicates 2 very different withdrawal times, but i have not received a response yet, so i am asking the question publicly.

I was looking around for another casino because i am pulling back from Rival. This may be harsh, but i believe that GV is either using a "bait and switch" marketing tactic, or they are not clued in to all of their communications. Either way, doesn't inspire a lot of confidence, so i think i will pass. But i would still like a response to my question from Madison.

GrandeVegasCasino, Regarding contacting the rep, she is very responsive, i would just like for her to answer via my thread vs a pm, in case others have the same question. There have been a couple of threads about GrandVegasCasino's payout times, generally stated to be between 5-7 days. i just want to know why they are sending marketing materials out stating "within 24 hours".

    Good Day All,

Regarding our pay out times, this is our policy:

Once a withdrawal has been submitted certain documentation is required. That is why our terms and conditions as well as our support staff say that a withdrawal can take 5 – 7 working days. This time frame allows us as well as players to get all the necessary documentation in order.

However, because the industry is so competitive, Grande Vegas is always trying to “up its game” and make our casino a better place for our players. Therefore once you have submitted all the required information once, and provided we do not need any further information your withdrawal will be processed within 24 working hours.

I am working to get this information added to the Grande Vegas Website before the weekend.

I hope this clears everything up!
    Have a great Easter everyone!

    Madison

    It's my pleasure.

Withdrawals that have all documentation and approvals will be processed within 24 working hours. So that would be Monday to Friday. Please bear in mind that withdrawals will not be processed on public holidays.

I just contacted GV about a withdrawal as well and they told me that it would take 7 to 10 days!!

I PM'd Madison or whomever is the rep here so I'm hoping to hear an answer back but it definitely wasn't 24 hours and this was my second withdrawal so they already had all my documents and so forth.

Kind of frustrating that there is so much contradictory information, but I understand. I made my withdrawal on Sunday so it's been 72 hours and the rep I spoke with said that it wouldn't be processed till next week! That in itself is most frustrating, lol. 10 days is WAY too long for any cash out in my opinion

When I register with any casino I email my ID Docs from a saved draft with the attachments affixed as soon as I log in the first time and usually receive a confirmation email, usually with wording like, "we have added your docs to your casino file and you are cleared to make WDs". At first a few asked for something other what I initially sent but I've revised the assortment to these which have satisfied every casino, so far, for the last couple of years now: CA photo ID front and back images, Visa Debit Card front and back images, with 12 of the 16 digit account number on the front cut out and the CVC/CDC number on the back cut as well plus an image of my USPS Change of Address Confirmation. For U.S. simply submit a change of address at the post office showing your last and current addresses and they mail you this very official confirmation notice - valid for 1 year . Nice to have all that on file with casinos, in advance when depositing.
