i play grand hotel all the time i have accounts at all of them. but they are awesome great customer sefice, usually get 100% bonus very week but lately that stopped.

I received that same letter by snail mail too.
I never received the money in my account and never got a reply back from an email. Oh well, I haven't played there (VC) in a long time.
