rejected coupon

I went to use a coupon today at all star slots and it was rejected. I haven't use a coupon there in a while but funds are low this week and would have enjoyed the a little extra. Here is a copy of the chat I had with support.

WTF... it says nothing on their website about status. Has this happened to anyone else? For me to send and email to promotions is to much of a bother and to many other casino's to chose from.

Sounds like you are bonus banned. There are other good RTG's out there...

I'm having the same problem. looks like all their sites have the same promo which can't be redeemed

I had the same a while ago.
Cannot remember exactly, but it was something like that I could claim 50%, then 75%, then 100% and if I claimed all 3 of them I would be elegible for a 150% weekend match.
But after claiming the 50 and 75%, the 100% appeared to be 'subject to status'.

I was 'generating an income' on their non-cashable slots-only bonuses, only playing Reel-series slots.
