    Sloto'Cash - Misunderstanding Regarding EWalletExpress

I have my first pending withdrawal at Sloto’Cash. Since I heard they pay fast, I deposited, made a withdrawal, and waited a couple days for payment. When I asked when I would be paid, customer service stated it would take up to 10 days for my funds to arrive from EWalletExpress. That is a lie. I contacted EWalletExpress and they said the casino is paid instantly. I also contacted INetBet and they said they are paid within a few minutes from EWalletExpress. So why does it take Sloto’Cash up to 10 days to receive payment? It doesn’t. It must be their policy which they should state instead of make up a story about the payment processor. Box24 also did this but I didn’t pursue it.

Andrew: Welcome to Sloto'Cash Casino Live Chat. How may I help you?
Me: Hi, I have a withdrawal dated 3/21 and was wondering when you normally pay out
Andrew: May I have your Login name and email address please?
    Me: Me
    Me: Me1@comcast.net
    Andrew: One moment please.
Andrew: there is normally a 10 day waiting period from your first deposit via ewallet before your withdrawal goes through
Andrew: so it should be about the 29th
Me: What is it you are waiting for?
Me: I thought the casino received the funds instantly
Andrew: it is because we do not receive the funds instantly from ewallet but we credit your account so you may play
Me: So are you saying it takes you guys 10 days to receive the funds from ewallet?
Andrew: up to 10 days. this is only on your first withdrawal after that withdrawals are done within 72 hours
Me: That's interesting about Ewallet. I'm going to ask them why it takes so long.
Me: My understanding was that the casino received the money immediatly
Me: Are you guys associated with Box24 casino?
    Andrew: no
    Andrew: just use same software
    Me: ok
Andrew: Is there anything else I might be able to help you with?
Me: No that's it for now. Thanks.
    Me: Bye

We did have one instance where it was a few hours but no longer than that

    Subject: Deposit Question
    Hi,

Since I deposit using EwalletExpress, how quickly do they send you the funds? Is it immediately or is there a delay?

Just curious as I've read different opinions online.

    Thanks,

As per our terms and conditions listed under withdrawals on our website

If you made an eWalletXpress deposit/s prior to cashing out, your withdrawal might be subject to additional waiting days until the deposit has been fully cleared.

The funds are received from ewalletxpress but they are not cleared funds and can be removed by ewalletxpress if the member does not have the funds available in their account. This term is only used for first time ewalletxpress depositors, hope this clears up the misunderstanding.

Hiya: There is NO such thing as a INSTANT DEPOSIT. There is a normal, 4-7 day deposit, and a LOAN. When you send money, 'INSTANTLY', It is actually a LOAN. Paypal, E Wallets, you name it, the money does not come out of your bank instantly. The Service provider is, LENDING, you the money, and then getting it back from your bank acct. Thus the reason for a higher fee for instant transfers vs a normal transfer.

You can deposit instantly, and then send it to whom you want, and then stop the transaction at the point of origin, "the bank", if you wanted to. This is why you are not allowed to do an Instant deposit to a E Wallet, Deposit it into a Casino, play and win, and withdraw it 10 minites later back to the E Wallet, and deposit it back into your bank acct, "ALL IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR".

And as hard as it may be for members of this site to accept, "the bank" may stop the transaction but by all means suit yourselves.

Yes and be very careful as this is what can get a good depositor into trouble. Keep good track of deposits especially if coming straight from your bank to ewxpress. the delays can get confusing and suddenly you've overshot your wad. they have taken more than 4 days to debit my account that's why I prefer qt; they grab/reserve it immediately and reject it if money isn't there. Sloto has probably been burned by this a few times so they are wary now.

Ok, I'm looking at this a different way now. I can see if I had funded EWalletExpress with a bank deposit, then deposited at the casino, and the casino needs to make sure that I had enough in EWalletExpress to cover it. But because I have more than enough funds sitting at all times in EWalletExpress, Sloto CS didn't make any sense to me.

I guess EWalletExpress is more like a temp credit line and if they don't get the bank funding, they chargeback the casino? However, for those that carry a balance at EWalletExpress (like me), this shouldn't have to be an issue.

I don't know how to edit the title of this thread because this was more of a misunderstanding.

I get it by looking at the other angle. Thanks.

Hope this is helpful regarding EwalletExpress

Two scenarios, one is that the funds you transfer to the casino are from funds you instantly deposited into your ewalletexpress account that have not yet cleared your bank. The funds are available to transfer to casinos eventhough ewalletexpress has not yet processed the EFT to your bank and received the funds.
#2. the funds in you ewalletexpress account could be funds that you received from a casino as payment of a cashin.

Regardless whether or not ewalletexpress recovers funds from a casino if your bank does not pay EWexpress is based on the type of contract the casino has with ewalletexpress. Since EWx will be the one to charge you return fees and collect any amount due them, I doubt they recover the funds from the casino as you were told. Were the casino to pay your cashin to ewalletexpress, ewallatexpress won't let you transfer funds back to your bank until all pending transactions have cleared anyway. So the Casino is worrying about nothing. They know that. They get the money back if your pending ewalletex deposits don't clear.

Hiya: Also, the Casino has no idea what money you have, how much it is or how long it has been, in any E wallet. Neteller, paypal, e wallet xpress, and so on. Possible chargebacks are more of a concern to a Casino, and their e wallets, than Bonus abuse. And we all see how parinoid they are about Bonus's.....
