Very easy to do, although I'm not going to tell you how.

If you must, read up on windows, in particular the windows toolbar ( ie system tray).

Have her join you She may enjoy it.
If you have to hide this gambling habit from the one you love why did you get married.
Marriage is a Trust thing for both of you.
If you have no trust in something you have nothing.
Just have her on your side and take turns playing.
    It's only my 2 cents
    Thanks & Good Luck

That is a very bad ideal. No need to create a bad habit for someone else. I would hope phil is the man of the house. And he shouldn't be afraid to tell his wife. Allow her to make the decision if she wants to join, accept his gambling, leave the relationship, get him help (if she feels it), etc. But to ask a non-gambler to join you, is completely WRONG! ..ie C'mon honey and hit this dust with me. You gonna love this.

Cant_Get_Right, I don't think BingoT was saying drag you SO into the addiction. I think he meant that you could make it something you could do together. My guy doesn't gamble online but sometimes we play together, take turns spinning and stuff.

That said, if you gotta hide your gambling online from your spouse, then there might be a bigger problem going on here that needs to be addressed. Just saying.

Hiya: As you can see we are all slightly derailing your thread.......

You, imhop, Must tell her instead of hiding it. She must be guessing bu now you are hiding SOMETHING? Another women perhaps.........How is she suppose to know?

This also means you have to be hiding some Money, to be able to deposit in the first place........One lie just lead to another, and what is next??????

The truth does not end releationships, Lie's do.

Unlock the taskbar and drag it out of view (right click it-->remove checkmark from lock the taskbar). As long as she doesnt start looking for the system time you should be fine. And when you get busted tell her at least you werent looking at porn. i thought there needed to be a guy answer since there were so many chick answers.

My husband is a non gambler also, but I do not hide my gambling from him..I also let him enjoy a spin or two when he wants..He is a smoker and I am not, so we have agreed, I will use the money he blows on his cigs for my gambling fun each month...he was very agreeable, knowing this will stop my naging him to quit smoking...You really, really should not hide this from her. Just put it in terms she can understand Gambling is not a stigma unless you allow it to be...
Cant_Get_Right:That is a very bad ideal. No need to create a bad habit for someone else
This I find a tad condescending...if you feel gambling is a BAD HABIT..then why in the world do you do it??? Everyone in this world has their own vices...some are bad, that hurts others...gambling if taken to the extreme hurts oneself..so it is a bad habit only if you consider it harming yourself..otherwise many consider gambling another form of entertainment but with rewards sometimes..

Think of it this way..and I was blown away one day by one of my co workers who came in to brag about their $200 dinner...$200!!!!

    1. People blow hundreds of dollars a WEEK eating out only to have no return for it except the bathroom in 24 hours..no chance of recouping any of that money..all gone..(getting the picture)?

    2. Many go out to the moveis weekly which costs an average of $20 per person plus eats..here is another few hundred a month that just disappears..

    3. Ther are people that like fine wine and spirits and spend hundreds of dollars a month on their choice of spirits..or go out clubbing and spending a ton...and it disappears in less than 24 hours..

    5. Some enjoy smoking..which is costing a fortune nowadays just to blow all that cash into smoke rings...hundreds of dollars a month, I know..I pay for his cigarretes..

Well, I do not smoke, or drink or go to movies, or dinners (I love cooking at home)....so my trade off with my husband is that I get a gambling allowance..which is only fair since I bring in 50% of the income...

So, do not feel gambling is to be hid...because at least with gambling you could get a nice return big enough to go to the casinos and have a weekend away and get treated like a king/queen...which is what we do together whenver we feel the urge..

One other thing...when my husband wants to go away...he always gets me to play the ponies because I actually do quite well..

So, tell her, involve her, and negotiate with her on what it is she would like in trade for you to have your fun your way too..

Sorry for going on so long...gambling is NOT a bad thing..it is another way of entertinment...and never be ashamed of it..

    .
Today is the Tomorrow, you thought about Yesterday...so live as IT IS your last tomorrow!

IF i was married and my husband hide things like that from me , I would be pissed of to say the least. If u are married u shpuld be able to share such things, and if not, there must be something else behind it?
    Doesnt she like u gamling?

Anyways, tell her what u are up to and maybe like someone else said - u can enjoy it together =)

    Smile

    you all must be wifes.

i am in the same boat- you have to hide things from yous wife otherwise she GETS ALL OF IT!!!!!!!!. ASK ANY MAN. why do women think that when they classify sharing as equal when it never is.

many times we go to casino i win 1k and i give her 500 dollars of it.
when she wins 1k i get ohh maybe if im lucky 200 . and worse if i did not ask how u doing sweety i would of never known she won at all .

same thing at online casino we deposit 200 i get 100 she gets 100. but wait now that she won 500 on that spin she has 500 plus 100 and i still have only 100 to play with .. its always in the wifes favor.. it is never EQUAL!!!

oh by the way if a man ever questions why he never gets what he suppose to have u might as well get that couch ready for the weekend to sleep on

so i can understand this guys dilema here and all i can say is welcome to the mens club of marriage.
