Netspend deposit issue

Is anyone having issues depositing with their netspend CC? I deposited last night at 3dice, but today cannot, also can't login to tourneys. Talked to 3dice, but they don't know what the problem is. Just wondering if it's my PC or tech problem with them.

The server at 3D is down today. I heard they have been working on it.

I talked to Anna this afternoon... around 4 (our time). She told me that they have been working on it for quite awhile. Then i logged into Facebook 3D and a few people were talking about it, so I felt much better. Thought it was me ..

It's not just Netspend. I use a Visa as well, a prepaid one...which works everywhere. And I tried a few times, and kept getting error code 20111. All support could tell me was "I don't know". I was even gonna go out and buy a UKash voucher to deposit...but they couldn't even tell me if that was working or not.

So I guess it's Inetbet and 32Red for me...which is okay. Was just looking forward to a few spins at 3Dice.

I dont think its a deposit issue- I would imagine its a problem on the whole site. I will wait....

Hi guys,

Things like this always come in multiples - We had one of the tourneyservers go fubar earlier today taking out chat and all tourney's with it. Hardware has been replaced, and at the time of this message, the chat and multiplayer features (oldglory etc) are working again, but tournaments are still down. I expect that to take a couple more hours at least ..

To top things of, our processor is also resolving a tech issue (the one causing the 2011 message). I hope things will be back in working order soon and I apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Okay, just started to worry that maybe could no longer deposit at all anywhere if your in the U.S. I talked to Anna around the same time and she told me she'd have tech look into it tomorrow in case it was on their end. I'm on facebook, but how do you do 3dice facebook?

I believe I typed in 3dicecasino... but theres 2.. one just has announcements and the other is all the players.
